Have nothing to say bad about the service. It was amazing and delivered correctly. Waiting for the payment takes a while but i guess its part of the security experience. Definitely buying from these guys again.
Great prices but the fact that I have to send an email verification using a CC with my name on it after I have done it 3 times before is just ridiculous. I will go somewhere else from now on. I just want something quick and easy without having to send emails with my ID and CC statements over and over again. I even have the 2 step verification on my account. Other than that it's great.

I apologize for the repeated instances of verification. It should only be done once per payment/card. If it keeps happening, it's probably due to using Google Pay which assigns a randomized card number for every purchase. Verifying your card directly (and completely, ensuring all requirements are sent) will ensure the verification status stays.

I have already bought 2 accounts and it is really very easy and fast. With one purchase I actually did not get what the seller sold, but thanks to the protection against scams of playerauctions I got my money back in the end. I also wanted to sell an account myself, it was very easy to set everything up but in the end I took it down again because I sold the account somewhere else first.

Order was handled nicely. No complains from my end. I use card to pay and it ask for test charge, slightly difficult need accurate amount but after that, order is smooth.

I placed a simple order for some in-game credits for a game that I didn't feel like grinding. The "verification" team emailed me asking for a copy of my ID, a "selfie" with my ID, a picture of my credit card and a picture of my credit card statement. This is absolutely outrageous, I can buy a Tesla with less verification. Buyer beware. Playerauctions advertised a 20 minute wait time for the credits, and then they made me go back and forth for hours trying to "verify" my identity in the most egregious way possible. Smells like identity theft to me.

I apologize that the process isn't to your liking, but for us, this is imperative to get to know our customers, establish their identity, and avoid fraud by establishing ownership of the payment account used. I checked and only one document was needed, the back of the card, because we still need the info there.
All of these documents and information are requested so we can verify you, nothing more. These are treated confidentially and they are deleted after some time.

Ordered 5000 gold for $83. Hit the confirmation and received an error informing me the transaction didn't go through. Look at my bank account online and see a transaction for $83. Reach out to support and they tell me to put through another order and they will cancel the first one. Place a second order. Receive an email from their customer service asking me to provide pictures of my ID and credit card. Send them the info with the number "partially" redacted and a picture of me with my ID. They reply back asking me to make the number on the card more clear.
Not wasting my time with these folks. Took my money the second time and wanted me to verify who I was the second.

The first transaction never got through; I am sorry but this happens if your bank did not authorize the purchase or if the "Pay Now" button was never clicked. Another reason could be due to having mismatched names or info between the PA and payment account.
Please note that we never actively asked you to make another purchase and that we will cancel the order—for all incidents like these, we redirect the buyer to cancel the order. We merely informed you of the reasons why your payment never reached us in ticket 1146423.
For the next purchase, the verification process we requested is natural for all new payments. It was never requested in the first payment because your payment did not reach us. While we ask users to wait for 22+ business days, kindly note that this is only the maximum amount and refunds generally complete in 7+ business days or less. We understand you'd like to get the funds ASAP but the refund process is completed by your bank.

I had to do payment verification after i did everything asked and was told it was done it took hours for it to be updated absolute joke they just stopped responding and never helped answer the questions they just said the same thing over and over

I tried to buy an account with my Mastercard and it said my payment failed, but when i checked my cards transactions, it said that I bought the account. When I look at the orders on my playerauctions account, it only shows the order that I looked at to check the price + tax on and not the order that I payed for. I WANT MY ACCOUNT OR MY MONEY BACK.

Please note that charges are not strictly received by the merchant (us). The funds are only in reserved status and may only be received by us if the payment was authorized by us and only after 7+ business days. If the payment failed or was declined, the funds will be automatically refunded back to you by your bank but this takes 7+ business days (Mondays to Fridays), I apologize for the inconvenience with this.
The billing statement will always show the charge even if the order was canceled or refunded. Rest assured, there will never be a statement there nor via our notifications that the account was "bought" if the payment was declined.

Apparently the same Visa that I use for shopping on Amazon doesn't pass their payment risk system. Their site refuses to accept payment or finalize orders, but leaves pending charges on my bank account for hours.

They wanted crazy amount of information but are not familiar with current ID's from my area of residence. Once information is given they make up an excuse for you to send more info that they don't need.

I bought a clash of clans account for $170.2 months later someone logs onto the account which logs me out, the next day the account was banned messaged the seller and he didn't reply so I submitted a dispute which player auctions sided with the seller despite the clear evidence that it was the sellers problem that got the account banned. Not happy at all

I bought a Fortnite character from a seller account called Chicks. The character we bought was suspended by Fortnite within 24 hours of us receiving it. Chicks refused to refund us or give us a replacement. We lost all of our money and my son was devastated. I will never use PlayerAuctions or Chicks again.

Scammers! They will allow you to register on their site, let you selling and then ban you when you have money on the web and you can't do anything because user agreenment allows them to do it. ( Binding no explanation needed and it's legal) There's basically nothing you can do against it
