Overall I've been happy with PA. I've been able to sell a bunch of stuff that's been lying around on my account over the past two months which has brought in some much needed extra cash.

My only complaint has been the lack of action regarding some bugs in their system which has resulted in them failing to send me disbursement. I've done a lot of transactions, so it's definitely not a common occurance for those worried about it. Their customer service has been very polite and apologetic over it and promising me it's going to be made right, but both instances are still unresolved. Neither were large payouts, so it's not a pressing issue, but still annoying.

Still 4 stars because it's a great way to buy and sell items at the best prices on the web.

Player auction is by far the safest place to buy and sell accounts and in game currency. It is in essence the amazon of virtual goods. With increases emphasis on buyer and seller protection is truly a no brainier. The only foreseeable problem is with the game developers and the companies finding ways to combat the buying and selling of currency and accounts. Regardless though I know I'm in safe hands when I buy or sell anything on player auctions.

The site is really hit or miss. When everything goes well, it goes wonderfully. Quick transactions, no issue from the seller, quick payment when selling something. Prices are always the cheapest and site always has the widest selection with the most competition. It is what keeps me coming back to the site, even with all the issues I have.

When it is bad, it is really bad. I have paid for account insurance on accounts, and have been asked for information that does not exist for that game. I will be accused of lying by the staff, and be out hundreds of dollars for buying an account for a small game. I have since stopped purchasing accounts through the site, since the customer service cannot be counted on to do their job and take the information I am able to give them in order to file a claim. Web site is very sluggish as of late, taking upwards of 30 minutes to load through and purchase something. I have sold items and not been emailed that it has sold, but then received the email 20 minutes later that my delivery guarantee has expired. I had my own account, and my friend also signed up for an account and would occasionally use it while he was over my house. My account was then banned, even though it was older, and I was told I had to use my friends account. We now share the account, and when the issue of identity verification pops up, their customer service has no idea why two people are using one account and how we can both have different names and addresses.

I would not recommend purchasing accounts through PlayerAuctions, but will not use any other site to purchase currency or power leveling for any game.

Overall, I've been very satisfied. The site has the best variety of league of legends accounts and reliable customer service.

However, the site can be very buggy at times (I often have to use multiple browsers in order to get certain features to work. Ordering with paypal doesn't work in chrome, sorting accounts doesn't work properly in firefox, etc.), grammar/spelling mistakes are common, and email formatting is often screwed up. I would love if these things could be improved.
