I've been trying to get my tax matter resolved with this company since 2020 and all they have done is keep putting me off they have had a refund check from the IRS sent to me and threaten to drop me as a customer when I have already paid because they made a mistake and now I can never reach any one in the office or by email and it's totally frustrating

After several years of working with this agency they've done absolutely nothing but want to charge me an excess of over three thousand dollars And after I pay them all of that they wanna get another credit card on files with and continue charging me without finalizing my returns it's been a total waste of time they relocated from simi Valley 2 Las Vegas and they've been changing case workers after case workers, being nothing but a joke now all their phone numbers are being disconnected and they're not replying to emails or anything what a waste of time please do not trust this agency and do not give your hard earn money to them It's a rip off, One of the case workers named brandon stop talking to me, no return calls, voice mails nor return emails, because i refuse to give him another credit card to continue charging me for unperform work, until they finish the work that I had already pay for that they never finish, finally got this call from another case worker Kisha started working with and she agreed to send me my returns in the mail but it never happened nor was ever received so I waited 1 week and try to call her and her number is disconnected, I have call every possible number there is on line for platinum tax defenders and every Point of contact to reach them with no luck, my honest advice, so many complains means a lot due your self a favor due your due diligence and research very well the company you work with, Because the last thing we need it's another headache it's about enough dealing with I r s don't deal with jerks like this agency ripping people off.

I hired this company over 2 years ago to settle my tax dept and have paid over $3k and they never did anything for me and now I can't reach anybody by phone or email and still have the same IRS Problems that I had initially. This is a terrible company with poor customer service I would have done better just working directly with the IRS myself and now I'm stuck and have no clue on what to do please do not use this company you will regret it!

This company has been working with me for a while, took a significant amount of money and now all numbers are disconnected. No response to emails and text do not go through. Now I have to start all over.

It is nobody else's fault. Platinum called me, I had never heard of them. They start off with a person from their sales department to bait you in. The sales person has you feeling that you have just been saved, no more worries, no more sleepless nights. Platinum will take it from here for you and $4500.00. PLEASE DONT DO IT, send that money to the IRS! I ended up with a plan for $24.00 per month to the IRS? IT'S LAUGHABLE WAIT, WHAT? Even I knew this can't br right. They said ( NO, NO, THIS IS RIGHT! NEXT CAME THE LETTERS FROM THE IRS OF LEINS ON ME AND MY HUSBAND FROM THE IRS. I CANT EVEN OBTAIN A PASSPORT ANYMORE. ON MONDAY December 12,2022, I am now RECEIVING LETTERS OF HOW MUCH THE IRS WANTS PER MONTH AND IT IS NOT $24.00. Please work with the IRS or find another advocate. You get no direct answers from this company. This company just baits you and has you sign their very lengthy contract via your cell phone, and you will never see your money again and then you are destroyed as a human. I can't believe that their sales department and all concerned with my case have literally destroyed me as a citizen of the USA. I can't even obtain a passport any longer. I never had ANY INTENTION of NOT paying my debt. I JUST WANTED AN ADVOCATE, PLATINUM DOES NOT WORK FOR THE TAXPAYER. PLEASE BEWARE. Platinum usually puts out a defense statement after a bad review, because they have plenty of bad reviews, but in their statements they make the customer the bad guy, DON'T FALL FOR IT. My statement is TRUE! Their are others out there. Just do your due diligence first. Ģod Bless and I pray you heed my WARNING. Before you can write a review be aware you must do a rating of this company, if I hadn't been forced by their system to at least choose one star, I would have chose nothing, that is NOT an option!

They thought my tax was a problem with Denver not Delaware... they kept on moving my case to other agents... then they both left and i got a resolution letter of 16k more than owed. They never looked at my returns and put the issue together. I took sometime off and got it resolved they offered me a 100% guarantee. Ohh and no letters they say there phone system is backed up and an acceptable history trail...

If I could leave a review of negative stars I would! I was upset I had to even give them 1! It took them over a year & within that year very little communication. The lady assigned to my case never answered my questions, she had to call me back because she had to "discuss it " with someone else! She had no knowledge of my case! I paid them $2200 for absolutely NOTHING! In the end they did my taxes all wrong! I now owe all this money that was not shown to me when they sent me the finished papers they filed. Don't be fooled! When we enrolled we talked to a man who seemed knowledgeable & felt assured we'd get answers & help, then poof never heard from him again until a year later when he wanted MORE money to help us work on our state payment plan, says it wasn't included. He called, texted, emailed every contact he had for us then. I dont write reviews often but if I can help anyone who was looking for help, THIS IS NOT IT!

I joined Platinum Tax Defenders when I found I was in a situation that I couldn't free myself from. I randomly found their website in 2018 and was overwhelmed with the way they meticulously handled my issues and gave me peace of mind.

I used platinum tax, I had to pay them a $1000 to do nothing, my taxes were the same 5,165.44, the only thing they did was set up monthly payments of 118.00, which I could have done myself but for 100.00 a month, and I could've sent that 1000. 00 to the IRS...

When I first call Platium Tax Defender's I was told if I let them defend me being disabled they would get my taxes totally removed so I sent them all the money up front platium Tax Defenders did get me a small payment I will be making the next 7 years just wished the would have been honest up front, and have not told me don't wary if I send them the money I won't have to worry about repaying the Taxes if they would have been honest up front I could have checked around other companies I'm Grateful for the small payments but there's a big difference in no payments then paying small payments for seven years and not getting any tax returns for seven years they were very rude when I asked how to find out about my My code for 19 tax relief check

I received exceptional customer services. Their team of professionals made me feel like they would take care of everything and they did. My representative was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. I never had to chase after him for questions or responses. He made me feel like I was the only client. Everything he said he would do, he did. This was the kind of personal service we all would like to receive, but unfortunately, more than don't.
