I placed an order and they took the money but order shows canceled nothing was sent they are scam and fraud please be carefull

I ordered three Hydrangeas from Plantsguru on the 22nd of February - a week later when i had not heard from them after a week, i tried contacting them and got no reply on the listed phone number. When i checked the reviews here it made me nervous. Suddenly today I got a call from the courier saying my plants had arrived. The plants are healthy and beautiful. I am not giving them 5 stars because of the non existent communication and customer service.

I had placed an order for Rs1500, didnt get my items and they just dont respond to calls. Please dont order from this website, you will just loose your money. If I had seen their review here, I wouldnt have ordered it.

They are total scam the quality of plants is very bad these are the plants i got today. Dont buy from them total wastage og money

PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY PLANTS FROM THEM AND GET FOOLED BY THIS SITE, WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

MY MISTAKE I DIDN'T READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. THEY DELIVERED WRONG PLANTS AND DIDN'T DELIVER ONE PLANT AND IT'S ALMOST ONE MONTH NOW AJAY HADA HAS BEEN FOOLING ME WITH FALSE COMMITMENTS OF REFUND INITIATION. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS. BASICALLY THEIR MAIN MOTTO IS TO LOOT CUSTOMERS MONEY BY THE NAME OF " PLANTS GURU".

SUCH FRAUD SITES SHOULD NOT BE ENCOURAGED TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS IN THE ONLINE PLATFORM IT'S ILLEGAL AND HIGHLY UNETHICAL.

THEY SHOULD BE LEGALLY BANNED. NEVER FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!

The African Violet plant was too weak to survive the strain of the journey. I am praying that the Fittonia will live. I appears to be healthy. But I am keeping my fingers crossed for the Hydrangea plant which came slightly damaged.

I was working for that company I went outside to get a case of water in my car cause it was 105 deg the brothers of the owner came to me and screamed to me why I went out side till him I kneeled water he dint care these people are very rude we were working with 110 deg weather bad management

Had bought two plants while one in Lime green matched exactly with internet image the other Electric red is far from the expected as shown on internet. Posting both images as shown on internet and those received n grown for 2 months now.

Excellent big plants, very good condition, package also superb with fastest delivery and that also with low cost thankyou plant guru. Going to book more hoping the same service so one thing i learnt a lesson dont believe the reviews i had a different experience so happy with their plants used to buy from many other famous sites but i got a very big plant from this site only

I ordered almost $200 of essential oils and they were delivered broken. The box was not opened so that told me they, mailed the items damaged. There were at least 3 or 4 broken bottles in the box. This company scammed me. They don't answer the phone and when I finally received a response email they said they were not going to do anything about my order. I through the items a way after a few days of not receiving a call back. I was not going to keep a box of broken glass and the awful smell of all those essentials oils. I would never an hurt another small business but after reading some of the other reviews this company should be shut down. I am going to try and file a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce. Every company can make a mistake but this company keep doing the same thing to other small businesses.

These people told me that the dispatch date of the product will be 16th Feb, 2022 when I placed the order on their website - plantsguru.com. Today, it has been 22nd Feb, and still I haven't received the product and HAVE NOT been given a refund of Rs. 648 too which I paid to them. There is zero response from the company when you call on their number provided (+91- *******666). Over the course of these 6 days, I have called them infinite number of times, and they answered my call only once and that too on 21st Feb promising that the order will be shipped on that day. Yet, it has been 22nd Feb today, and I still haven't received the order. Please help me get a refund, or my product delivered from these people. They do not respond to calls, neither to email, nor to any messages on their social media handles like Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/plantsguru/

They even stoop so low to delete your comments on their Instagram page if you make others aware of your experience.

I have order plants on May 24 but until now it's not delivered and no response to call or message. Even no updates in portal.

I have ordered several times from their website. Plants are mostly good. But once I received a damaged plant. Wrote to them immediately but got no response. They don't pick calls either. So in case you get damaged goods don't expect any replacements or refund. Won't be ordering again.

Ever since the lockdown last year, I have been ordering plants from PlantsGuru, especially Tillandsias ( Air Plants. Every time, what I received was a healthy and a most endearing Air Plant that was carefully packaged. Mr. Navneet at PlantsGuru is most helpful. Always there and ever ready to help and to ensure speedy deliveries. Keep up the good work!

Around 15 days ago I planed an order for these plants and today I recieved them healthy and neatly packed. I am happy with the order and the sopata plant has fruits already...

They don't respond to emai, online chats, phone calls. They don't care about the customers. Suggest not to get from this site. Loss of Money Time and the end you will end up with frustration
