I have ordered way before lockdown (#*******); around February but it's still not delivered and no communication after multiple follow up with them.
Would encourage everyone never to use this website for purchasing flowers/anything.
Placed an order 2 weeks back. Did not get partial refund for items cancelled. Replaced the cancelled plant with another one. Never received any plants what-so-ever. They answer the call once in ten times - no help. 9 of 10 times it just goes unanswered.
Money lost. No plants received as of date.
The delivery was a bit late but the plants arrived in good condition. Will definitely use the site again.
I ordered plants in june, till now am struggling to get one plant -HOYA white the most expensive plant, they sent wrong plant twice - another problem their plant is infested with white spidery creatures which is eating into the plant, sent several pictures but response very poor - am asking for refund but there is no person who wants to take responsibility -better close the nursery -
Should give Plantsguru credit, they have resend the plants. Unfortunately, two plants send by them were either dead or died on the way. But at least they tried...
The first time I ordered, the plants where shipped by FedEx and were received by me on time. The second time they shipped the plants through a cheap courier service who took five days to deliver the plants. The plants died before reaching me. On contacting Plantsguru, they asked me to send the photographs and then assured me that they will send three plants again. In-spite of reminders they have not responded and are keeping quite.
I ordered on 4 th and received my plants in very good condition on 10th. The packing was much better than one popular online nursery. Very happy with the purchase.

Plantsguru takes money before sending orders and then sends the wrong plants. Then you keep following on sites, social media or customer care, but you will get no reponse. They just dupe you and keep your money. Petty thieves sent me a palm plant instead of cardomum plant and a deadbeat small pudina branch in the name of a plant.
Please dont waste ur money on this so called plantsguru. I ordered Calanchchu orange and
Geranium red and lavender seeds. I got the product after 2 weeks... sad,,, received a dead Geranium n Calanchchu pot was broken ( when i inquire about their higher rate compare to others, they told me the plants are lively n in bigger pot etc)... i believe them... I had to repot the Calanchchu but since the soil fall out already due to broken pot... it didnt not survive.
Very Bad Service Very Bad Quality of Plants. Please don't waste your money by dealing with them. They promise to replace new set of plants but then fail to and then stop answering mails and or calls.
I bought Dahlia 6 bulbs, after 10 days i got my product but the product is very poor bulbs are very small. They are not in planting condition.
Ordered from Plantsguru about a week ago, along with orders placed to Nurserylive.com and Mybageecha.com, all *******@1500 inr. I received the order from Nurserylive 4 days later, the one from Mybageecha 5 days later. I emailed plantsguru to ask when my order would be sent out (showed online as still processing), no answer.
Then tried to contact via the chat line several times (during chat line hours), always received an "offline" response. Tried to cancel the order on the link provided on the order summary/tracking page (theoretically they allow cancellation during the order processing phase before it is sent out), just got a message stating that I could cancel before mailing. DUH. I know you claim that you plantsguru idiots, that's why I clicked the cancelation link.
Bottom line: they won't send you the product, then appear to make it impossible to get a refund. I'm a lawyer, I'll start shaking trees so that someone will start looking into this (just did that with DTDC Couriers, don't use them either!) but you don't want to bother with that. Just order from nurserylive.com and mybageecha instead.
I am posting this for the public good, to not be fooled by them.
I don't want to give any rating for this bunch of pathetic people. Google should provide some other rating system to emphasize the negative rating.
For those who look for a reason behind this - Date Ordered: 27/07/2015 for an event on August 1st 2015 (with an assurance for timely delivery); is being shipped on Date: 21 OCT 2015. No response to calls or mails, nor being refunded till date.
