Sir, chitrasingh, from Delhi, last year I ordered hazari mogra and two other plants, they send my package to other customer to Coimbatore, they send package others, instead of mine, after receiving immediately I contact with ur office person, Mr navneet, then they arranged to send the plant hazarimogra, which already dead one, again I contact the person, mr navneet, and told him about the problem, I send the photo also, last one year he s promising to send the plant, but no result, last week also, he told me, he s going to send it, they send my order to someone, it s not my problem, so, I need the plant, send it.

I had purchased a number of plants from the site but not a single one reached me. Most untrustworthy & unreliable.
I ordered 3 fruit plants and completed payment using netbanking. Once the order is finalized after one day they cancelled the order saying payment incomplete.
Beware of these scum bags..
Do not buy from them. Just don't. My order was recived damaged. Them company promised to replace but every time you speak to them all they say is they will replace but nothing further. No reply on mail no confirmation. Once order is placed and recived on your end they will not help in any way.
They cheated me. I ordered plants from the website and I'm yet to get the plants. I've called and written so many mail but they have not responded to me even once. Please don't order. They are frauds.
I don't know why most of the people were dissatisfied with plantsguru... it's a very good online nursery, I was a bit scared during my first purchase after reading such reviews. But I bought plants several times, packaging was good, plants were healthy and of good size every time and they use standard courier services like delhivery or FedEx... I will purchase again definitely..
Always send well rooted plants in pots. Excellent packing. Replace any damaged plants. Service is very good.
The order for straw berry plant was placed on 31-10-2020 Price Rs418 and received on 13-11-2020 plant dried dead and even root rotten, I have uploaded the 2 photos after receiving the item via e mail yesterday to replace or refund till now no response hope proper action will be taken REF: Delhivery - ************** 2 photos uploaded

I ordered some seeds and it's been 70 days no response. Worst experience ever. Stay away from these frauds
I purchased many times from this site. Received healthy plants always. There were delays during lockdown but im happy with the site and quality. Cooperative executive too... worth trying
I purshased almost 15times and every time get healthy plants... just the range is smalll. They shal keep adding more
Pathetic experience overall, they cheats people. In the July I placed an order worth of 1000 Inr. Didnt received any update on my delivery after mailing them multiple times. September end I received my incomplete order, out of three plants received two of it that too one completely was died n other one in pathetic condition after sharing images and asked for the paid money back of incomplete delivery they said they'll process but yet no luck.

I ordered Augusta plant under order# *******, After 40 days they delivered completed dead plant. When i open pack i got only dead leaves and pot. I totally wasted my money 650/-

There was a BIG delay in order because of the lock down which is acceptable but what is not acceptable is that the plants order I placed is something different from what I received.
They have a pathetic customer service. Nobody responds to your mails inspire of constant follow ups, the contact numbers don't work as no one picks up. I am no more ordering from this site as many of the plants were incorrectly delivered and they are not even responding on the concerns raised for over a month now.
Please don't buy anything from them. They'll take money and never respond to you.

I ordered plants worth 3000 bucks and I haven't received anything. Moreover, they are not responding to emails. The number they have mentioned on website is incorrect. So I'm not sure how I'll get the refund for that amount.
