The bath mats In the showers are harboring tons of bacteria, I took a shower, there was blood. Probably menstrual blood. On the mat. 5 days later. Still there. Does anyone, disinfect these mats at all. How old are the mats and curtains. Bloomsburg pa location

I pay my membership via automatic bank transfer. After avoiding public gyms for two years due to the COVID pandemic, I finally went to PF on January 22 in Neenah, WI. I was kicked out for lack of payment. Pulled up my bank account on Monday and by golly, yes PF payment was documented monthly up to Jan 17. Tried reaching the Neenah PF manager Kirsten several times this week. Left several messages, with no response fron anyone. Tried to submit my concern on line but once I completed the form, there was no option to submit. Don't make the costly mistake of joining PF. I have just paid $10 per month x 24 months plus the annual renewal fee of $40, for the pleasure of being treated like a criminal. Karen Hansen

You get what you pay for, PF is the cheapest gym in town and the customer service is terrible, staff provides incorrect information to make you sign up and later refer you to the agreement Terms (fine print). Managers are rude, Mike, from PF Middletown NY. Hung up the phone while talking to him. They ask for your checking account AND credit card account, they charge you after you cancel your membership and they charge you both accounts.
I cancelled my membership on January 14th, but was charged on the 17th AND the 24th.
Don't go there.

My son has a mild autism and like to spend lot of time sitting in black card room close to massage. Manager Chris in Balboa Northridge
Complain of my son loitering by just sitting in the chair. He mentioned my son sit their for 12 hrs which is impossible I told him 5-6 hrs max
Very bad treatment to a member who has disabilities. Will cancel our membership soon.

My gym has gone from buckets and mops, spray bottles of disinfectant and cleaning cloths to Swiffer dusters. The cleaners just push the dust around and into the air to be spread around by the big fans above.
I know covid is over, the President told us so, but Planet Fitness still presents that the gyms are clean and sanitary in their ads. But that's not true at my gym. The employees now spend most of their time sitting on the counter behind the desk checking their text messages on their phones or having contests to see who can solve their ribicks cube the fastest.

I wanted to rate planet fitness with the highest rate available! There's one near me that's awesome. Thank you

Rosie is her name works at planet fitness "Eastern", Las Vegas Nevada. This young lady has a very nasty disposition for a customer service representative, after rolling her eyes and talking to her breath, after I kindly replied to a few questions, I got fed up and asked what her name was she covered up her name tag would not give me her name I asked her if she liked her job there she said no I really don't care for it, then why work there? Planet fitness employees should make the experience for customers the best they very can we don't need rude people clapping out because they don't like the hours they work the early mornings or the late nights whatever it is you signed up for it, she don't like her job she's rude to customers I see it all the time she needs to go somewhere else try Amazon when you ain't got to deal with people honey. FIRE HER $#*! YESTERDAY.

I wanted to join the Crestwood, Mo. Gym and I gave them my credit card and they also wanted my checking account number- why would anyone give a company their checking account number, they said that was there policy. I walked out

The new assittant manger at the crestwood planet fitness are horrible, when they are around they do nothing and will not help you, you will be sitting at the front desk for 5 mins at a time and she will make eye contact and ignore you. She doesnt make me feel welcomed, I never get a smile or a " hey how you doing" like I did with the old asstaint manger Tyler. The tanning beds are always dirty while she is working. Her costumer service is horrible and her job ethic is even worse. When Margie is working I never have to wait to tan, the bed is cleaned and as soon as I step foot in the bed is ready for me, margie is someone I would want as my asstaint manger. She makes me feel welcomed, and knows who I am even with the short period of time I have been a member. I have heard mutiple people complain about shelby, and how rude she is.

Honestly the customer service has been extremely bad. It seems no one wants to work and/or hides away because they're so often not at the front most times I come in and want to use the facilities that I can't just use on my own. A woman was there today waiting before me and asked if anyone actually worked at the front on the weekends and I said yes but many times they are not up here. She got tired of waiting them said she was canceling her membership and she was definitely frustrated. If your staff is busy doing other things for the facility, fine, but many times I have had to go and knock on the employee door to get anyone to come up and then they seem annoyed. There are other places to go and a new one opening right down the street from you guys that I'm sure many would gladly switch to. It sure would be nice if some of the staff acted like they were glad we showed up because without us, they don't have a job. I will be looking at finding the different place because this hasn't bend my 1st issue with your company. It's just sad That the company in general does not want better for their company.

The Gainesville GA store have equipment need to be fix. Please gais the customer need all in good condition, also bathroom was really dirty, I cant take a shower all look nasty. Look like nothing is clear my god.

Horrible Company.

Bad policies to scam customers. Bad hours of operations. Bad management. Planet Fitness needs to close down faster than blockbuster.

Trying to rip me off for $70, when I can't use them after work. Changed my bank account. Good luck.

If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would do that. Please don't waste your money and time with Planet Fitness in Seattle, WA, at ******* Aurora Ave N. The staff is so stupid; they don't know their job, and can't even use a computer.

Signed up. Tied it to my credit card and went in once. They refused the second time. The reason was they asked my name and I gave "Tom" instead of f "Thomas". I asked the to make sure they didn't have something wrong because I was signed up. They refused to look and said they wouldn't let me in. Just an uncooperative gut at the desk. I call a couple of weeks later and got a manager who actually looked and realize what had gone wrong. Tried to tell me I'd ruin by credit if I tried to drop the charge on my card. Not a place to do business with. I'm dumping them.

The place is just falling apart. One of the front desk workers was so "busy texting on his phone", he couldn't even look at me or the members in need of help waiting to get his attention. Dirty and old gym.

Five of the TV's are either on the Planet Fitness generic station or are blacked out. Why can't each station have a station and no repeats? And minimally there should be one on ABC, NBC and CBS. This is at the Wethersfield, CT Planet Fitness. Other than that, I love the club.

I've been going to planet fitness for over a year now and I gotta say it's one of the best gyms out there, and it's Very budget friendly

This website becomes inaccessible when you have billing problems. It's impossible to resolve issues. This company is unresponsive. They respond to reviews with "Cut and Paste" responses that don't pertain to the problem.
They've made me pay double for two months that I thought my membership was canceled. They forged my name onto a contract. They are making me live out their illegal document even though the manager told me I was banned from the gym.
They don't care that there's another gym nearby with parking, a swimming pool, a sauna, more options, a theater room... And it's the same price.
