We give all the users an opportunity to initially reach the person they are interested in. Unfortunately, we cannot restrict users from writing to you. In this case, I would advise you to block them one by one or ignore them.

We carefully approve all the users to be registered on our website. Our trusted users’ profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the user you are corresponding with (such profiles have the label "Trusted User").

Also, we make sure as much as we are able to that the user is interested in communication with other users of the platform. We require to see photo IDs of all our trusted users. In case a user gives rise to our suspicion, we may take additional steps to verify the profile, such as asking him/her to record an identification video for us. This, of course, makes it much harder for unscrupulous people to create fake accounts.

We have never scammed anyone and we review every complaint individually. From our side, we do not tolerate the scam. In case the investigation results confirm the violation of the rules, such users will be banned on the site.
