Horrible service! Wrong delivery! Rude and insulting on the phone! Hung up only irritate! Delivery drive left without bringing 2 orders of wings. Rather than fix this by sending another delivery person, they offered to credit back my account. That is not a satisfactory solution. The initial delivery took 45 minutes to arrive. They said the second delivery would take an hour.
Ricardo is the manager. If he is the lead customer service face for that store, don't count on getting treated right.

Food poisoning
September 15, 2021

Horrible experience ordered 5 buck deal and bread sticks. The taste of the pizza was off as was the bread sticks. Early the next day myself, my husband and son became deathly ill. My husband and son recovered within the following couple days as for myself its day two with the help of meds from the doctor. Definitely don't encourage anyone order from the Airdrie location.

CHARGED TWICE!

This pizza hut charged me $30 twice. Manager was rude and said i had to call corporate. She always interrupted me and never left me finished. She also said i had to call my bank to file a claim. I was trying to tell her to let the district manager know and she kept interrupting me. Definitely a trashy place with ghetto service. Never buying here again.

Shores pizza hut

I ordered Pizza Hut and this is first time I am extremely disappointed. I received cold pizza with a wrong order. I received one pizza so called correct but cold and bread sticks when 8 ordered two pizzas one barbecue extra sauce and one hand tossed banana paper an extra cheese. I called and was on hold foe 10 minutes before getting the store, the6 tried to give me discount for my next order, when I a: not interested in ordering again. So I said no. They did comp me for entire order as they should have done originally. I am extremely disappointed in this. Pizza Hut is really making huge mistakes, their ordering is so disconnected and they are not listening, they are getting this very wrong. I will not order again, ever, not that I thin' they care... very sad and some with Pizza Hut. I used to work for them and so much has changed. Will never order again. I can find better pizza that is not delivered wrong and c9ld. Even the bread sticks they incorrectly ordered was cold... really? Pizza Hut what do you have to say?.

On April 3,2021 around 11:00 A.M., I tried calling this Pizza Hut for a pick up order. Their was NEVER an answer. I drove over to this store in OKC, and read the sign that says, "call this number." I called, AND STILL NO ANSWER!" I walked into the store, and a man by the name of Paul (Manager) yelled at me, "Get out!" I said, "Why are you not answering your phones?" He yelled, "Because we are too busy!" Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of these employees. They are not trained, and do not know how to gain customer confidence. I drove down the street and ordered a pizza to go. When I got to my destination, I told all the people there about my horrible experience with Pizza Hut, 7900 N. May Ave., OKC. Everyone agreed to repeat this story. Duane Wilson, OKC

I went to pick up a pizza I had ordered online. I looked for curbside signs, but there were none even though the website indicated there were. Three workers stood outside smoking but never bothered to acknowledge me. Finally someone came out with the pizza which turned out to be burned. The
Crust tasted stale and was hard to chew; none of the ingredients were fresh. I ended up throwing most of it away.

Caught the assistant manager stealing tips from the server brought it to the attention of the manager who once I proved to the manager about the stolen tips offered to pay the money to the server out of the safe but the assistant manager was allowed to keep stolen tips and was never reprimanded or fired and the server was let go. Sad day in pizza huts history that tips to the server are stolen from the assistant manager and nothing is done. Wont ever be back, corporate here I come

Really Gone Downhill

I use to remember loving the deep dish pizza... But it was horrible. The crush was toasty, crunchy but only on top. The bottom was soft, bordering on soggy. The sauce was so acidic it was hardly edible. I asked for 3 toppings, and at least they gave enough sausage-but hardly any olives or bell peppers. Go figure. I would not recommend it any longer. Sorry Pizza Hut!

Unsanitary and Mismanaged

Manager Alex doesnt wear a mask when making Pizzas. I saw employees changing jobs or picking things up off the floor. I never saw anyone change gloves. According to Alex refunds are done by the customer by sending an email in. Ask about the address and he gets angry. They don't respect or treat the customer well. Goto a different Pizza Hut avoid this one. There are others nearby.

Beyond disappointed

My kids love pizza, honestly who doesn't! We are loyal customers and always get the same thing every weekend. I was so upset I nearly cried Food was wrong, I was charged almost twenty dollars more then usual, and I was treated so poorly. It wouldn't be a big deal but it wasn't even good or well prepared. Crust was wrong, sauce all over the box and literally none on my pizza it was a complete disaster. To top it off the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Sadly we got no refund and my kids were very unhappy. I will take my loyalty and hard earned money somewhere else

Disappionted

I purchased a pizza for a second time past couple months and thought the first pizza with the skimpy toppings was just an employees lack of training possibly? But then today I ordered one with 3 toppings Ham, pineapple and onions and Literally the pizza had maybe 2 pieces of pineapple, one sm piece of onion and one sm piece of ham on each slice. This is a Disgrace! I don't expect tons of toppings on my pizza, but I do expect a decent amt that you can at least Taste the Topping you Purchased... This is Unacceptable and Not sure if this is All the Pizza Huts doing this to Cut The Cost? DO NOT Go To Pizza Hut on APD 40. Am I Not going to purchase any more from them. This is close to my Home, but I will be looking for another Place to purchase my Pizza...

Poor service

They just can't seem to get my pizza right. Every time I order the same pizza from the same store and I have too send it back. Contacted Corporate and they don't care. If they did this would not be happening. SAD.

I would ask and advise everyone to never eat at Pizza Hut again or at least the one in Abbeville, La. There is a HORRIBLE manager/employee named CHRISTIAN BOUDREAUX who is so unprofessional, loud, rude, disrespectful, a LIAR, who tells you to kiss his $#*! and he does not care if he looses his job because he has another job already. A guy named DALLAS MIGUEZ (who they say is a manager at Pizza Hut) pushed me in the parking lot of Pizza Hut taking up for the so disrespectful, rude so called manager on duty (CHRISTIAN BOUDREAUX) and I punched him back bc no man will ever put his hands on me and push me like this punk $#*! DALLAS MIGUEZ did. Here is the animal who pushes up on women. I have everything on voice recording and I am calling Cooperate Office in the morning and reporting CHRISTIAN BOUDREAUX and DALLAS MIGUEZ for pushing me on Pizza Hut property and calling my Attorney. I filed charges but bc I hit him after he pushed me I have to go to court for fighting. NO MAN WILL EVER PUT HIS HANDS ON ME.

Ordered a Supreme Pazon and I received a total of 8 small pieces of sausage and 6 green peppers in two pieces. I am know pizza maker but that was not close to a supreme anything.

Safety standards for Covid 19 were not followed: no curbside pick-up although I called twice & was clearly parked in front of the store, no masks except when they hastily put them on when I entered the store after waiting for over 20 minutes, asked for a signature although I had paid online, & the employee was coughing. I will go to another location from now on.

I ordered from this place at least twice a week because I work very hard and I always have time to make dinner for my kids. We ordered at a certain time and then got a call pass the time the order was supposed to be delivered that we had to come pick it up I am formed them I did not have my car and that this was an inconvenience. I ask for my money back I was told I had to wait until tomorrow or until the night ended when they close the store another inconvenience. When I ask for corporates number I was told they didn't have it when I asked what was the district manager name I was told they didn't know it. I have one person on the phone with me going back-and-forth with his manager repeating everything I said I told him that that was very unprofessional. They placed me on hold for about 10 minutes not once did they apologize until I tried to call corporate and leave a review. I will be no longer be ordering from any Pizza Hut in my life this is not the first time nor the second third fourth or fifth this is not how you run a business. I understand if you don't deliver in my area but give me a more advance notice not just calling me and telling me I need to come and pick it up now. I can't even get mad at shift manager because he was new he had no clue what he was really doing or what to really say to me but I give him the benefit of trying.
