Ordered delivery. Pizzas were way undercooked and inedible. I called the restaurant to tell them and the manager was extremely rude. He didn't believe me told me to bring the pizzas back. I said I got them delivered can a driver pick them up. He said no and hung up on me. I had to call the next day and speak to the GM. He was no help either. Said I had to bring the pizzas back for a refund. I said they were thrown out last night. I have to dig them out of the trash and bring them back? Why am I being punished for the terrible food I had delivered? He said that was the only way he would refund my money. He wouldn't give me his name over the phone. I dug what I could out of the trash and went up there. He tried to act like he didn't know why I was there and wanted me to explain again even though he had hung up in my face 5 minutes prior. He went through the pizza, actually touching and counting and since I couldn't dig out 2 complete pizzas out of my garbage cans he only refunded me for 1. I had explained to him over the phone that I am a healthcare provider working in a local emergency room and we order all the time from there. Was he really willing to lose that business by being rude and unhelpful to me? He had absolutely no problem losing the business.
Will never go again i order pizza for my kids i went to pick up my pizza and they wouldn't let me take my 2 kids in side to pay and pick up my food... my kids are 3 and 2 months... what am i to leave my kids in the car by them self... $#*!ing stupid so i walked out and bot my kids something else to eat amd this happened today 4/22/2020
I place an order by the phone and when it came to being pick up it didnt show up.
When I arrive carissa help me by remaking my full order and apologize about what happened carissa was very helpful and very polite I recomend pizza hut in yucca valley they are very helpful and polite
I am satisfied with all the orders made so far. I love their pizzas and order frequently from them. They all were fresh, crispy and full of melted cheese just as l like.
Pizzahut has been making extraordinary menu offers and pizza deliveries! My favourite is the cheese pizza crust, just love it. <3
Pizzahut is a really good pizza place, really love it! My favourite is not the pizza, but the crust with cheese in it, simply delicious. Highly recommend to try out the cheese crust!
I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years and this the first time we had a flavorless, sloppy made pizza. Pizza looks like it thrown in box without any care. The sauce was tasteless and stuffed crust cheese was not melted. Needless to say I WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN WASTE OF MY MONEY!
Not all pizza huts are the same. The service and quality differ from location to location. The one in Bishopville provided fantastic service and the pizza was great... didn't have the old dead look that you get from some places.
Ordered barbecue ribs not all had sauce, Tuscana chicken Alfredo they sent out new barbecue wings and I called and talked to them we hadn't ate the chicken alfredo yet until about 9 and we were very disturbed of the sour taste it. I'm not sure what's going on and why it tastes different this time but we were not happy. Woke up during the middle of night also with severe stomach cramps I don't think I order again and I'm a very good customer order at least once a week so this is kind of sad.
Called for delivery and was told they had no wings available. What? So wing street is obsolete? Ordered anyway and got a veg pizza with no sauce. Not to mention I asked several times for parmesan cheese and didnt get any. Meat lovers was good and fresh. Delivery was on time! Not a fan of centralized phone orders
Hair is in my pizza I went to get some pizza because my baby wanted a pizza when he got out of school and this is normally not the Pizza Hut we order from on a regular so basically very few from this location so I went there got the pizza went home and gave my baby two slices and I took one only two see the freaking hair in my food lam glad it was mines and not my baby food I called and was told since half the pizza was gone I maybe can get a refund and bring the hot and the pizza back smh so I'm done with this location food business need to start back wearing hair nets Then she asked me what color was the hair I wanted to say yours because my hair is braided up so it's no way possible my hair
They advertise 10 pizza but nope they don't support that deal but it's 14.35. Done with pizza hut and there fails advertisement
I always buy online with delivery and never had a problem. The delivery seems like very fast and hot.
Got the garlic knot pizza. Totally waste of money. The knots and the dough underneath was still raw dough. The pizza is never done when you go to pick it up. Time to find a new pizza place.
We use the app and get charged double what the app says! So we call the store. Of course they have no idea and have zero knowledge on how to correct, however we are told this happens a lot. We call the headquarters ( customer service) they too say they are aware the app is wrong but the company continues to advertise false prices! Ummm yes, I'm taking this beyond this review. This is actually a huge liability. I already have 609 names on a claim - app ordering prices bs the actual charge! Stay tuned
In regards to last night's pizza in Lexington, SC -Paid for mostly bread with dull flavors; not for a flavorful, aromatic pizza. You will miss the sauce and cheese.
When I got there for my food I was already about 10 mins late I still had to wait for my wings I got home my pizza was old as $#*! wings were not even that hot so I don't understand why I waited and my Hershey's cookie was not even cut! Also my husband found a hair in his pizza! Horrible service!
Ms. Lynnette Hoskins have order pizza hut and it came to me cold. I have lived in other states before i moved here to Georgia 4 months ago and my pizza came delivered cold. Medium vegetable and spicy sausage on it and it was cold. I don't feel like its worth my money to be spent on food i have to reheat when it get to me.
Very disappointed with the pizza I ordered, very little cheese or red sauce! Worse I have gotten from them...
