Informing You Regarding this Fraudulent Company with No Address & 1. Listed with BBB. 2. Rated A+ with BBB: BOTH LIES. I found them to be Unprofessional, Unreliable, & Unpredictable. Poor Job Performance ultimately led to my Requesting Full Refund which "Owner" Daniel Evans Refused. Had to call in another Professional Roofer to Complete the Job Satisfactorily. But, I'm STILL waiting for Reimbursement from Daniel Evans. After online research, I discovered an Open Lawsuit Against Cert Island. The Attorney is Brian Pollock at *******884 office. Cell *******822. Judge John Badalamenti's Clerk of Court info: Bryan Cynova *******127. I want to Prevent anyone else from being FRAUDED by this Fake Company.

Scammers

I am highly disappointed with the practices of Pissed Consumer. They appear to create company profiles without consent, include fake negative reviews, and do not allow businesses to create an account to respond to customers. Furthermore, Pissed Consumer demand a fee of $249 to create an account, which feels like coercion.

In comparison, platforms like Trustpilot provide much better services by allowing companies to access customer details and respond to reviews transparently. Pissed Consumer and Scamadvisor, however, seems to prioritize profit over fair practices by not offering any free options for businesses to engage with customers. Such practices raise serious concerns about their credibility.

Awful website

Pointless website, Trustpilot is much better. Just inviting and encouraging negativity online, who even created this trash? Also they spam email businesses with reviews, even after being asked repeatedly to stop.

PissedConsumer is the best.

Had an issue with a company that refused to give me a refund and ignored every attempt to contact them. Once I put in my complaint with PissedConsumer, things turned around almost immediately. Was this due to PissedConsumer? I'll never really know, but since nothing happened up until that point, that's pretty good evidence in my book.

Expired John Lewis gift voucher

Nothing but an AI bot trolling people there, no human moderators, no contact with the company I was complaining about, can't delete your account, no response from the company email to address the above concerns. STAY AWAY THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM

People are confuse what is all about PissedConsumer. They are not BBB. Is fair enough they allow people to post they own experience and others to view those comments to be aware of bad business practices who can impact tremendously negatively they life. People should still complaint to proper channels like FTC, BBB, attorneys general etc. most important to FTC for they can take proper action against those businesses, like for example ORBITZ, EXPEDIA, all this third party, which betray consumers very badly

They keep saying "no special characters," which I didn't use. They won't post reviews without having you go back and answer a bunch of questions, but they don't accept your answers. I'll post on BBB from now on. Come on. They are supposed to be helping consumers, not making it more frustrating for them.

They blackmail small businesses

They demanded $1000 per month from us to conceal a negative review that was posted by one of our former employees. This demand is tantamount to blackmail. Additionally, once a review is posted, it cannot be taken down. Consumer platforms like the BBB provide mechanisms for consumers and businesses to engage, resolve issues, and remove disputes. However, platforms like Pissed Consumer thrive on the promotion of negative content. Moreover, as anyone can publish anything about anyone, many of the complaints are fabricated by competitors, disgruntled partners, and are entirely fraudulent.

www.pissedconsumer.com allow consumers to say whatever they want and there is no recourse to settle with the consumer and/or remove the false damaging allegations. I have had to pay an attorney in excess of $5000. 00 attempting to remove damaging lies about my company... What else would you expect from a company that has named itself as such...

After receiving a negative review from Pissed Consumer a supposed customer which I have zero information about, my research shows Pissed Consumer has no reach or credibility and lacks overall recognition in the professional business world. Character assassination is a form of defamation, and is a calculated and continued attempt to destroy a person's or a company's credibility and reputation through spreading rumors, innuendos, including deliberate spreading of misinformation. Instead of fact checking the validity of the customer's claim, they allowed it through obviously just feeding on the drama.

The owners of this website will post personal cell phone numbers as company business numbers when they cannot locate a customer service number (one does not exist for the company) and refuse to remove your number when you ask them repeatedly. I feel bad for whomever gets that number next. They'll get hundreds of calls a day because of this poor practice and the people calling will never get help. Awful practice all around.

When I posted a negative experience with a company on their website, others were giving me their two cents.

First of all, on a site called "Pissed Consumer," others are going on there to post reviews because they are pissed. Users do not need other people coming along and talking their crap about their experience when they are already upset. That is just putting more fuel into the flames when pissed consumers do not need that extra irritation.

If a user can't tell somebody "I am sorry for your experience" then they just need to shut the hell up!

Do NOT post here to vent, either post here, or post on Trustpilot as well but NEVER post there. They will just make you more pissed off when you are already angry.

I had to seriously go off on somebody trying to tell me their nonsense that I didn't need to hear when I was already in a VERY angry state and didn't need the bull crap!

I am surely going to let you know, I will NEVER go back on there to vent about anything!

HOWEVER... last year the Pissed Consumer support team did reach out to me months later about they did apologize for my experience on their site. When they had reached out to me I told them why they were given a one star, explaining "I had already gone through a trauma and I didn't need this random person trying to talk their nonsense." They did go to my review and deleted every comment that was posted on my review. I do give them kudos for that and very much appreciate it.

Which is why I will say here "my rating for them have went up to a three" instead of a one. But I will not change or delete my orignial part of this review because I still want others to be aware that others leave comments to anger people.

I see go on their site at times. Not to post a negative review, but to check to see if their site is safe enough to post a negative review. When I go on the site, at times, I still see comments being left like calling people idiots and babies.

For right now, this site is still not safe enough for posting in my opinion. I appreciate the Pissed Consumer support team for reaching out to me and handling my issue. But until comments like those stop for good, whether it's my review or someone else's, I will NOT be using their site. They need to eliminate more trolls if they expect me to show up if I ever need to post a negative review in the future.

I would NOT recommend posting on pissedconsumer.com. ALL the SAME posts I have posted on here and other websites like yelp.com they have ERASED!
They also play "tech games" by CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD so that what you entered DOES NOT work to log in and when you try to enter a new password by inputting the "security code" they provide it DOES NOT WORK!

I cannot say enough about how horrible it has been to deal with PissedCustomer. With its own abysmal 1.2 rating and its tasteless name this "customer service" contractor telegraphs its very tawdry and hateful attitude toward anyone's customers. Any company that uses this one instead of having its own customer service staff can only have a worse ratings than PissedConsummer. Don't bother wasting your time with this supposed "service" and forget about ever doing business with the company that sent you here in the first place to complain.

BEWARE! This is not a legitimate consumer report site. It's full of trolls and hackers trying to access your personal information. As soon as you post a review they attack you in comments hoping to get you to respond and spend time on the site. The more time spent there, the more time they have to try to access your IP address, etc.

So I made my second review on my experience at Walmart stores, since my first review was quiet and uneventful I figured, what th heck. First 2 comments I got was not bad, then the harassment comments started. Had nothing to do with my review. Was just to start an argument. Insults, comments of abuse and bragging about it by the other member of passed off consumers. Though I flagged the inappropriate behavior and reported it, nothing was done. They allow this.
