I posted a complaint about a restaurant experience and was verbally attacked by someone the other posters called "Kevin". He called me names and made slanderous statements about me beating my wife. When I responded to him, I noticed my comments were soon deleted by pissedconsumer but this Kevin person's nasty comments to/about were not. I will not bother with this site again.
I've learned that lots of other people have the same issues that I have experienced with certain businesses. It's a great place to learn the truth about businesses.

What a scam this site is. It is not there to help the consumer. It's sole purpose is to extort money from small businesses. It doesn't even verify that the complaints are real or even if the person writing the complaint has actually purchased from the company. It charges the small business big bucks to have the complaint removed. For $250/mo they will even let the business screen all of it's reviews before they post them. Can't believe google allows this trash to rank so high in the search engines

If you post a bad review to this website, prepare for a lawsuit because that is what they are likely to give you. After you hit the button stating "submit review", the website automatically asks you for your email address so "The company can contact you based on the information they had received". This sounds like a very bad game to me, so the best advice I can give you is to stay away.

Anyone can post one or more fake postings and utter lies and they are not checked for accuracy or reviewd in anyway. Multiple reviews posted by the one party that post articles as anonymous and their entries are there for life.

The website used for pissedconsumer complaints is a complete joke. They do not follow their own rules. They allow people to make abusive posts to the reviewers. However they always delete negative reviews about themselves when they find them. This website is used to review companies, and yet if they receive a negative review about themselves the review is deleted, and I suggest that they make their own reviews about how "wonderful" and "helpful" the site is. I will give you an example. Take the user Kevin Richards, he posts on the site everyday bashing others who are posting on this site. His posts are insulting and result to name calling ect. He should have been banned a LONG TIME AGO, yet he is still allowed to post. Yet my comments were first deleted because I told them that they were not doing a good job of running the website properly. I guess they don't like the truth. Yet they let another poster other than Kevin Richards verbally harass anyone that is not posting in her favour. In other words post rude, abusive, comments on pissedconsumer if you like, they don't care, but dare tell them they are not doing a good job of running their own website and they delete your posts, do it several times and they ban your account. I am not the only one with this issue, several people have been having the same issue. Where their helpful posts are deleted, and they have been banned for telling these moderators that their website does not run properly and they need to improve. I guess it hurts their feelings and this site either needs to be shut down or be run by someone who can run the site properly.

Pissed consumer allows negative only reviews. They invite a vocal minority to destroy small, local businesses. The heart of a community.
They then charge money to the businesses to respond.
They live off of advertising from the very companies they trash.
Calling or emailing them is impossible!
Total scam. The FTC should look into them.

Thank GOD I found this site. I will now put a link to it from my business site. My business is being damaged by high ranking complaints page on Pissed Consumer. There may be 2 genuine (and easily resolvable) issues amongst total lies which can literally be written by ANYONE with a grievance! I have a very strong online presence, many competitors and many people no doubt who could be jelous, upset, etc. who can ruin my good name my posting anything they want. I have over 200 reviews written by customers with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 - I am fanatical about customer service but if you looked at PissedConsumer you would think I was some kind of back street scammer!
I wrote MY OWN review about my own business to prove how they have utterly no vetting or authenticity checking - I said I tie my customers up in the basement! Its a fun story that I know customers to my site have read (they mention it as a joke!) but it clearly demonstrates the appauling, gutter nature of this hate site designed specifically for online trolls.

I have come across this site when I was looking for reviews about the site that I was about to purchase supplements from. There were few reviews about that vitamin store but they are rude to death! If you were like a first time buyer, or if you were born yesterday, you'd probably be fooled by the rating. I ordered from the website anyway and all the comments on the pissedconsumer website were the exact opposite of my experience.
This company is running a complete scam. If you look at all the harassing comments and rude replies you will notice that they look like they are typed by the same person. Perhaps the same person being paid to harass a consumer to the point they ask to remove the post. When you ask to remove the post you have to admit that your review is inaccurate and that you were in the wrong not the business. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT POST TO THIS SITE. Shame on this company for false representation of what their purpose is.

This website allows you to post a review, but then you are inundated with negative feedback from possible employees who are probably paid to do so. After all, "Pissed Consumer" gets their income from selling their "protection services" to businesses with bad ratings. Be cautious if you post a review an expect the venom of their "employees"
