A Better Business Bureau complaint states they were asked to pay 2k in order to have a negative review removed. I made the mistake of posting my own complaint a while back about an experience with my phone carrier and was immediately attacked by some mentally unhinged person in the comment section. I was called names, told I was immature and a child and that I am a child *. I reported the comments and NOTHING was ever done. Why do I want to use a site that allows people to libel and harass me? As someone else here asked, does that person work for PissedConsumer? Is that why they continue to allow this person to libel and call people names? All for just using the site? I don't get it.
They have a fake Comcast support number online. Impersonated Comcast and asked me for my MAC address.

Pissed Consumer is not a legitimate review site. They garner negative reviews by impersonating the company being reviewed. Then they hold the reviews hostage, forcing the affected company to pay to manage the reviews.

First they let fake reviews and then they are making bad reviews to disappear but only if you pay money!

I'm writing this out of concern for my personal information's safety...
I contacted Amazon Prime, who I've been a long term member of. They delivered my time sensitive wedding package to a "back porch" that I don't have. It caused me great distress. I spoke with logistics who stated they would replace it one day before my wedding. This date hasn't occurred yet so I hope its correct, but I was instantly sent an email saying "thank you for using pissedconsumet.com"... to my knowledge I never used this site. I don't feel good about feeling my information is passed out like a menu.

I find the site useful for info, but there are thousands of obvious fake five star reviews by employees of TERRIBLE companies. One company had 100s, all with similar names AND all of those fake reviews were reviewer who only reviewed 2 companies, the other company a subsidiary of the first. I pointed this vary obvious issue to Pissed Consumer and they did not respond. The company I pointed out sells used and broken appliances as new and drags out it's responses to the bad product so that the customer is outside of the return window, but has stellar review averages as employees review everywhere under obviously fake names. PissedConsumer knows and doe not care. Good place to vent without consequence tho. Re

There are few ways to seek justice in scams against companies that have marketing, legal, service teams if you are taken advantage of. Especially internationally due to freedom of speech and legal differences. Pissed consumer let's you go straight to the problem. The company has the ability to respond and contact you to resolve. It isn't just sour grapes. You can't be anonymous and your review gets weighted by thorough supporting info/ pictures. If you are a business and you are legit and have good customer service and sell a fair good product, you have nothing to worry about.

The site is completely garbage and allows fake reviews to damage reputation built by good business. And in their response to your fake review removal, they explicitly say they don't care in a way as quoted below.
"Please note that we are a neutral review platform where everyone, not only the customers but employees, ex-employees, people who never used the services/ products of your company can leave their reviews on PissedConsumer.com. We do not investigate the postings or users."
A hothead commenter on my review leaves masked profanity and abusive language directed at me, and their comment gets posted w/o a hitch, but my response is reformatted paragraphs and blanked out non-profane words (e.g., "hack", seriously? Hack?).
Since you can't even EDIT your own review or comment on their site, that commenter is obviously seasoned on their system, since they knew to mask key filtered words, and comments are supposedly delayed for moderator review? And not only did this person's abusive comments get posted, this person isn't banned yet?

This is now my favorite review site. No need to sign in like Yelp. Faster than Ripoffreport.com. You can use it on computer, laptop, tablet. There are sometimes trolls, but they must really have very nice staff who understand how frustrated things can be as a consumer. And I am not just talking about my shopping experience. It can be very poor customer service at a fast food, being harassed by security guards, being told you must never ever complain by some agency with total control, working for an outfit that is a scam, problems with a peer that helps you vent. I know my complaints are often legit, and I don't drop names usually, and I don't have to see my reviews hidden away because it's bad for tourism or something. At pissed you can retract what you wrote or rate something nice too. My favorite thing is the speed. I really appreciate it. It saves you stewing about it, figuring out how to address it in person, and comparing with others have to say. It makes me feel better when there are others who basically confirming what you experienced which can be very important so you don't get taken advantage of and stand up for your rights.

Pissed Customer is a pain, tried to leave complaints but they want 100 words and you have to jump through too many hoops to get them to comply.

Not only is this website not seeming to care really about consumers it is extremely slow about password retrieval. Even after I've complained to them several times they still haven't improved that.
I also have great difficulty tolerating them sending me emails to update my reviews on their website and then when I have to reset my password I have to wait at least 20 minutes before I can get the password and log on again. So I have to review a review site; that says a lot!
All reviews are created by pissed consumer team. All reviews are posted fake. What a shame. They just blackmailing people to earn money

By posting the review TEN days after admission and dating it by it's original date, Pissed Consumer was able to hide it in the Drivetime reviews and keep it off the main page of "Latest Reviews" where people would normally look.
My negative review of Drivetime up on Pissed Consumer 4/14/18. Ten days after being submitted, but it is up. If you wish to read a similar review of the shabby way this company treats consumers, I have posted another, similar review here.
But a far less negative review of Drivetime that came in a day later is already posted. I am seriously beginning to think that these guys are just a way for their clients to censor negative posts and don't care about the consumer at all.
I have written the same negative review of one of their client companies(Drivetime), three times and submitted it. Now they tell me that they will not post it until Drivetime makes a reply, which the company may chose not to do. In other words, if you complain about a business that PAYS them, that company can censor complaints by simply not acknowledging them. Apparently companies not in their client list have complaints against them published immediately. As Gomer would say, "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise"!
I recently read a paranoid "review" of Pissed Consumer, saying that PC is a "violation of the U.S. Constitution". How incredibly stupid. Here's the thing: You can dislike anything. But, if you protest against PC, claiming the Constitution, you're probably a criminal. You've been discovered doing your crimes and sins, and you also found that your victims are damned sick and tired of your non-sense. They are, and I am, sick of living in a world where the criminal is overly protected.

I have been trolled for years on this revolting site that allows anyone top post anonymously and without verification of their post details. They NEED to be shut down for the damage they had caused. I have even had comments such as I hope god cripples your children. I have asked google to remove all links to the site but they always come back with a lame excuse. I know for a fact that it is only one person who is posting the negative stuff about me and my business, using a variety of names or doing so anonymously!
