I have been using Pinzoo for two or three years to reload our family cell phones. I have received good service when I have questions and the pricing is GREAT! I always take advantage of the bonus money.

Waist of my time tried adding time 4 times nothing worked and still haven't gotten any refunds for the charges

I purchased air time and was promised bonus code after purchase. Never happened and called representative who said it was too late to enter any extra minutes. False advertisement. Do not purchase pinzoo products. Scam.

I just went on my account with Pinzoo or order minutes to both of my cell phones. The site has changed to make things easier. I was able to add the minutes to both phones immediately without any additional work. All I had to do is type in both phone numbers under each purchase on the same page. The addition time/funds were added without any addition steps on my part. What a great addition to the site!

It's easy, quick and professionally done! However, if I am on Auto-Reorder, why do you have to ask to refill? Why isn't it automatically done? You already have my permission! I get confused thinking I am doing it twice. Please answer if you can.
