Beautiful dress great quality

This dress is stunning the material is very nice. I would give 5 stars if the arm/armpit area of the dress were more realistically sized. I got a large dress I'm 5"4 160lbs (8months pregnant) and I don't have big arms by any means and I was uncomfortable in the arm area it was difficult to move freely. But all in all great dress jusy maybe size up ‍

I ordered two bathing suits from the sore, shipping to Canada. In the checkout there was a little box that stated "International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient." Which is easy to miss. I missed it and ended up paying twice the shipping I had expected. Half to PinkBlush (24.06) and half to UPS (23.31). Had I been aware of the full cost of shipping I never would have placed the order. I was very disappointed to have learned this and will not be ordering from them again because of the ridiculous cost of shipping. Other stores based in the states, such as Motherhood Maternity do not have this issue. If you are from Canada, beware of the import fees. Their response time to my inquiries were very quick which was great.

Worst experience

So disappointed with how their same sizes dresses are different. Ordered my maternity dress both in small. One fits one doesn't. I understand one was final sale but they denied my request to just exchange the size. Now it's of no use & can't even wear them. They are outrageously expensive! It is so frustrating that I am never buying from them again or recommending!

Horrible quality fabrics!

Yes, they have some good quality items. But after buying 11 items and spending over $350 in one month I learned 90% of the items are hand wash cold only. None of these items have tags located on the head seam so I didn't notice until after I washed one dress and it legit feel apart at the seams. I had to go back to the website and look up each item to be left beyond disappointed. I'm paying over $50 an item and just expected better quality. Do not buy from them unless you just want to wear something once because the fabric integrity will not last longer.

I brought two dresses (total worth $100) and tried them as soon as I got the order (like today, 6/25) They sizing was a little off and I called them right away to see if I can get an even exchange (not a return) but an even exchange so I clear want the dress. These dresses were on clearance so I understand no return. But yes, again if sizing is off its off... can customer has some wiggle room? Maybe store credit or just an even exchange?

Vanessa on the other side was abrupt enough to be " no you can't" and "have a good day"... wow! I though living through pandemic would teach people and companies more compassion. Yet, again disappointment.

I love their stuff and always recommend them, but just the rude behavior put me off. I will donate these dresses to women who are in need - so I feel good about spending my money.

I ordered two dresses. They were shipped really quickly and I got easy tracking information. I loved one of the dresses - it was beautiful and great quality, better than I'd hoped. I didn't love how the other looked on me so I submitted a return and that too was processed really quickly and easily. I got confirmation that I'd sent the dress back right away, along with tracking information so I could track the return. Great experience!

Disappointed

The dress itself was very cute and fit true to the sizing guide. However, the dress had TWO HOLES in it. I bought this dress for my baby shower and when I contacted the store to do a return, I was told they did not do direct exchanges and I would have to order the exact same dress again and send the damaged one back and wait for the refund. I was overall dissatisfied with my experience.

TERRIBLE CHOICE!

They have no customer service skills at all and sent me 2 dresses that were damaged. After asking for a refund multiple times they kept lying and saying they have until I submitted a claim
