Really all in all I am totally confused don't know what I paid for what I got charge for there is no really good information at all on this app or site only way I'm gonna be able to find out is through my checking for my bank account other than that don't know how to write this not too happy only happy I got to send a letter after paying whatever now I'm waiting for the reply don't know how it works really don't know what I paid for and what I paid for what you get for what you pay for just totally confused could've been better that's all.
It's really nice n convenient to just upload your pictures n share them with your loved one. I just wished I had a way of knowing if my loved one received n viewed my message.

I was trying to Google a way to write my loved one in the county jail outside of mailing an actual letter, this popped up and it's definitely a game changer.
