I think that you shoudl be able to write as many letters as you want. The processing takes such a long time and seems for it to be online i could have just wrote multiple letters and mailed them out. Also you shouldn't make people get a pre payed card to talk to inmates. Let it bill there company because when you have to set up an account it drops the call and you have no way of getting in contact with that person again. I also feel that if we send letter via computer they should be able to respond the same way. And it should be immediately.

I personally live in Canada and you have no clue when the letter is delivered until your loved someones tell you so. With Pigeonly, you can send 4 pages of text, it takes around 4 days to deliver and you get notified when it's delivered.
