Ordered hotchkis Springs for my v6 2010 rs 1lt and could not be happier with the experience and speed my parts arrived. Not the same experience putting them on however! If you don't own a garage with a lift, and it's your first time, it took me 7 hours (with a few adult beverages) to install.

I ordered the ZL1 replica wheels for my 2011 Camaro SS. Phastek's website was very helpful. It provided the details I needed to compare my stock setup vs the ZL1 replica setup. I had a specific question about the ZL1 wheels and Phastek called the manufacturer to get the info I needed. Great customer service and order was delivered on time with no shipping damage. I'll definitely shop at Phastek in the future.

Well it's been two weeks, and my order still hasn't been fulfilled. First shipment was missing part and had a damaged part. Contacted customer service and they were very polite and prompt to make things right. Great! Received replacement part for broken item, but missing items from original shipment again not in the replacement shipment. Contacted CS again. Again they were very polite and quick to assist. Told me they would ship the missing items on Monday, it's Thursday and had not heard from them so I emailed. Was told it shipped yesterday.
So after two weeks, my order is still not fulfilled. Unless they have an amazing price for the exact item I need, I will most likely shop elsewhere.

I've purchased led lighting for my footwell, aftermarket exhaust, smoked out lenses for my rear headlamps and a cold air intake for my 2011 Camaro and I couldn't be happier with the results. There's a small whistling noise that comes with it and that's just the ladies outside checking you out and the guys appreciating the beauty. I will continue to buy all my camaro upgrades here for as long as I have this car.

Purchased a set of tires, but received and charged for 2 sets. Called about returning and was told I would have to pay to ship them back before I received a refund. I explained that I didn't order the second set and that I only had a receipt for 1 set. I was told that I must've made an error and would have to pay for shipping, which would be $75/tire. At that point I said it wouldn't be worth it financially to pay to ship them back so I kept them and am trying to sell them myself, hopefully for less of a loss than sending them back. I have purchased many items from Phastek in the past and have never had an issue. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Of all 15 or 16 parts I ordered for my 2015 ZL1, there was only one under hood part that showed up black, when I ordered polished. It was a $70 part so I didn't bother with a return. I would definitely recommend using Phasetek for all of your performance needs. KP-California
