Jess from Sefton Park Pet Stock was my dog groomer yesterday after 3 and half hours I went into the store to check how it was going and saw that my dog has just stated so I watched. What I saw was Jess roughly grab my dog who became upset. My dog then started trying to nip at her hand at this point Jess closed her whole hand over my dogs snout and put her face right in my dog face and was yelling at her, Jess whole attitude was angry, annoyed and frustrated. I spoke to a team member straight away who went in and spoke to the team as I wanted my dog out of there. They finished the wash and dry and I got my dog back I still had to pay for a distressed dog, a bad groom and disgusting abuse toward my dog. Absolutely do not leave your dog there. They dont speak to the dogs or appear to take any care in their wellbeing,

I placed an order with Petstock on 23/08/22. It said on the website that deliver was 2-3 days. Two days ago, I contacted them and was told it had been sent and collected by Australia Post on the 25th. Australia Post told me about an hour ago that PetStock had lodged the paperwork yesterday (!) but had not lodged the parcel yet. I contacted PetStock. They were very evasive and told me the parcel was now in transit. I questioned why I was told something different two days ago. I wasn't answered. Instead, they tried to tell me that I spoke with them yesterday, which still doesn't answer why I was told it had been delivered on the 25th. This is my first order with PetStock and will be my last. Be warned, they aren't an honest company.

Beware! Violent staff at Petstock Cranbourne

Today, at Petstock Cranbourne a stocky bald, scruffy man claiming to be the Manager, verbally abused and threatened me with physical harm, he was unprovoked and this behaviour is unacceptable.

I contact Petstock Head office in Melbourne immediately and I did not get the impression, that they will do anything about my complaint. If you have had any issues with this store please contact 03 ******* to voice your concerns.

The manager has not been sacked, As consumers we need to stand up against violence, so we need to boycott companies that practice and condone violent behaviour. Violence is unacceptable behaviour.

I will now seek legal advise and take action against Petstock about the incident
