Would give them no stars but can't. I signed up for autoship for my dogs food. It's supposed to come every 3 weeks. I waited for over a month and it never came. I tried calling customer care but their systems were down for multiple days and they could not help me over the phone. I emailed them and all they did in response was to tell me when my last order had shipped.

I had lots of shopping to do around PetSmart on Manchester it would be a good day to try the doggie day camp. I dropped her off at 9:00 only 2 other dogs in this small glass area, I didn't think much about it, I dropped by at 10:00 now 13 dogs in the small glass area a couple small kids slides at steps, the dogs had little space to walk no place to run. At 11:15 stopped by again, my dog saw me through the glass started scratching and barking violently she wanted out. I had one more stop it was snack time from 12-1 l will let her enjoy it. I came back only to find out if you bring a snack for your dog they are put in a small crate for an hour away from the other dogs talking about a punishment. My dog was clearly upset when I got there she whined and cried all the way home. I felt like a terrible dog owner.

Pretty Good Service

I have not had too many issues with PetSmart.com or in person at the store. I did order $56 worth of retriever rawhide chews and 1/2 of them were rotten so I had to throw them out. Other than that they are fine. They have curbside pickup for products you order on line which is nice. Just call from your phone and they bring it out. Everyone I have had contact with in store has been very friendly and super helpful. They are even nice to my obnoxious as heck dog. (Training is next). The only other complaint I had was I did try to cancel an order one time within 4 minutes of placing it and the recording on the number you call said to email them, I emailed them and they didn't cancel the order. 3 days later they said they couldn't do that. That was a little irritating but still it is a 4 star place. Lily (the obnoxious dog) gets groomed there and I have been very happy with that too. Last con, the dog food prices aren't special. Better prices on Chewy.com and they ship to your door. But all in all I would recommend PetSmart to anyone looking for pet supplies.

I used door dash. Never got an email. Never got contacted. I called Petsmart 877 number multiple times. Each time I got disconnected except for the last call. Which leads me to believe each rep hung up on me. My delivery should have been here just now but nothing left the store as of 15 minutes ago and it's a 40 minute drive to get to my house.
Petsmart said it would be a few days for a credit. I said that's unacceptable. You have my money and this is all messed up. No one bothered to call me back or contact me! Don't order from them. Just go to Petco.

Horrible waste of time
September 5, 2020

I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed as the nail is curled over causing him to limp. They said oh he is limping so we can't cut his nails but it's his nails causing him to limp. Dog 2 had all the paperwork but apparently the "Karen" working didn't like the rabies paperwork even though it had the sticker from the vaccine, date, etc. total waste of time, I really believe they just didn't want to cut dogs toenails and, made up excuses. 0, stars

First time experience was misleading. Dropped off our pet an old gal 10yr old. Was held for 3hours. Was informed that was getting her teeth cleaned. I specially asked if she was getting this done today and simply wasn't. When picked up my pet they info ya that they didn't check her teeth far back because she was scared, which honestly how can service couldn't be done 100% when paid for service. Before enrolling her in this wellness plan they clearly stated personally she would be taken care of and dental cleaning would be done. Never info that it would need to be scheduled another time and only be dropped off in 3 different hourly windows. The price I will be paying now is ridiculous, would of been off best to have gone with any other veterinarian well practiced and best awarded. Will be making monthly payments for what now after she won't be seen within 6mnths. Unhappy customer and mislead so I can be signed up under this monthly plan. After discussing it with 2 different people that work and schedule there.

I took my dog to petsmart for a grooming after the pandemic had shut down groomers for a few months. He needed grooming badly is why I took him back because my previous experience with them was dissatisfying but I had been a loyal customer for 4 plus years. I dropped him off and within ten minutes of leaving I was called and told to come pick him up.? Was told to bring him back the next day. This was a Sunday. When I arrived I was given an appointment for Wednesday and they wanted my dog who's body was shaved unevenly and face that was never touched ( he looked like a little lion) to stay that way until Wednesday. He's a shih tzu. I was told that the dog needed a break. I was absent 10 minutes. Needless to say. NEVER AGAIN

Did an online order of $60+ on a Thursday. Notification of order and shipment that same day. Issue #1: charged for shipping though promotion was free shipping over $50. Issue 2: shipments were divided into 2, so not only was I charged for shipping, but I was charged twice. Issue #3: Of the 2 packages I was sent, the one that shipped second arrived first. Issue #4: Finding issue #3 confusing I go to track the other package by the order # and tracking # I was sent via email. Can't seem to find that information, so advised to contact customer service. Issue #5: Customer Service. That was a joke.on hold 2 times for a total hold time of 8+ minutes and they can't track my package either. Advised to wait a few days to see if it shows up. No apology for delay, confusion, double charge, ANYTHING. I can always "Buy another one, abd return it when my package arrives." Are you kidding me?!? I've worked in retail for 25 years. The fact that this is considered in any way shape or form customer service is a joke.

PetSmart employees have made my day. Needing to make an exchange because I was shipped the wrong product, I walked into a PetSmart store in Richmond, VA. Talking with management about what happened, the first thing I noticed was how nice and well established the manager was. He helped me with the return and helped me find what I needed as well as giving me a 20% discount on the new order. Thank you PetSmart

I shopped online on PetSmart's website fooled by the fake 10% discount when you pick up curbside during co-vid. I forgot one of my items and decided to go in the store to pick it up. To my dismay, of the 10 items that I picked up every one of them was more expensive online than in the store. Some by 20%. So they offer a deal of a 10% discount when you go curbside but then raise the prices online by 20% to 25% so you actually pay about 10%-15% more by going online and getting a "discount" by going curbside. Also, they had a deal on the store where you bought three packages of seeds, get one free. That deal wasn't available on the website. So I got ripped off by almost $15 on a $90 order. So with my 10% fake discount I still paid 17% higher that if I shopped in the store. But I told the fake manager about it she gave me the corporate office number and an extension number. This was a Saturday and she told me they were open on Saturdays and so I attempted to call. The extension she gave me didnt exist. So I called the manager back she said that's the only extension she had. I asked her how she contacts the corporate office and she said she uses that extension number yet When you call there the automated voice message says there is no such extension. I told her that I would be going back to chewy she said arrogantly "we own chewy!"
Imagine Petsmart ripping off people during co-vid with the fraudulent message that they're giving a 10% discount. How pathetic and dishonest is this practice? I looked around online and found that Target seems to be much cheaper than Chewy and PetSmart. Just another option I guess for me.

I have been getting discounted pet food at Pet Smart for over a year based off a price match of a previous sale item (thank you). Today I was told by one of the cashiers they will no longer honor their previous price match and was asked to leave the store and never come back. I will be happy to spend my $200/month on pet supplies somewhere else that wants my business. I expect that the reason I was treated this way was because of an overzealous cashier and normally most of their employees have been quite helpful.

Ordered aquarium media and PetSmart sent the wrong items. Due to COVID, all returns have been suspended (understandable). I have sent 6 emails asking if I will be able to return the product after the suspension... even if it is past the 30-day window. 6 responses stating that returns are suspended without actually answering my question.

I am now forced to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Once again petsmart is making adults look stupid. Mind you, these are the people with the money who actually pay for pet supplies. Yet they continue to make fools out of adults. Take the newest ad that has a young girl talking under her breath about how her mom is "definitely full grown." I will not be shopping there as I AM a full grown, actual competent adult.

Petsmart overpriced, exceptionally rude employees, lack if inventory. Just don't like shopping there and I'm sick of there rude employees. Pet Supplies Plus is my new store! Much better shopping experience! Always find what I'm looking to buy.

If You actually have any issue with an order damaged or missing Items or wrong Item don't expect to get any actual help when You call the Incompetent Nothings that call themselves Customer Service Reps because You will only have to call and call and call and get one useless incompetent nothing one after the other, You are better off shopping at the Store then ordering online, God forbid if You need a Replacement or Refund You have to go through a whole nightmare on the Phone and still not get any actual help.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that Petsmart makes the adult in their latest commercial look incompetent and generally incapable of using technology. I'm also disgusted that the daughter in the commercial has a total lack of respect for her mother. Just another example of the decline of morals and values in our society.
