I notified PetCareSupplies.com that the August 2019 "Auto Order" shipment had not arrived and a Customer Care representative offered a full refund or to re-ship the order. I chose to have the order re-sent and PetCareSupplies.com provided a tracking number which was extremely helpful and the package was received in record time. Prices are great, shipping is free, albeit quite slow, and USA Customs Service probably slows it even further. This was the first order in over a year of "Auto Order" that didn't arrive and PetCareSupplies.com made the order whole right away. I would be interested in an optional "tracking number" shipping option if PetCareSupplies.com were to offer it alongside it's free shipping default mode. All in all, I have been pleased with PetCareSupplies.com and will continue to use their service. Thanks!
Never received shipment of Frontline Flea medication. Contacted customer service and they quickly provided a refund and appologized shipment lost in customs
I ordered a flea collar on PetCareSupplies over a month ago, and still have not recieved it. I have tried calling several times about an update/possibly canceling my order. They hung up on me 5 times when I called. 2 times were right after I said the words "I want a refund"- he acted like he couldnt hear me and hung up. The third time, the guy answered the phone and was yelling at me while I was trying to carry a conversation about my order. He started getting very defensive when I kindly asked for a refund. I could not understand what he was saying due to his heavy accent and the fact the phone was breaking up, so when I asked him to repeat what he just said, he starts yelling even more acting like it's my fault I cant understand what hes saying/that there's a problem with my order. I ordered from them bc I felt secure with their "100% Satisfaction Guarenteed or your money back" and it's so far looking like I'm not getting my money back and I'm furious with their terrible customer service. I'm waiting for my package to arrive (if it ever does) and asking for a refund.

I usually order from Chewy, but was trying to save $20. That extra $20 is worth it for fast shipping time and way better customer service!
They ship from overseas and it takes an eternity to receive it, only if you are lucky. I will never do business with them again. I am willing to spend a few extra bucks and buy it from Walmart or any other local retailers.
The price range seems very low and a new user may find it surprising that how such quality products are available in discounted price, that too in an online pet supplies. But I can guarantee you that without any second thought you can order from them and experience quality products.

Received this collar after 2 wks. Put it on my dog Sat. Sunday he was not acting himself, wouldn't eat or play just not a happy dog. I took it off him Sunday, had a vet appt. Tues. Regular visit, did a blood test his liver enzymes were 377 should be 125.2 weeks later returned did test again enzymes were down to 92. DO NOT ORDER THIS COLLAR. I don't know where it came from pkg. Said "South America"... $$$ was refunded asa I sent an email, they said "donate it" or throw it away. Should of sent it back for THEM TO WEAR! THe $$$ I saved ordering from them I spent WAY MORE on vet bills. My dog is fine now, back to his normal self. Sticking with Pet Meds!
I have bought my cat flea medicine on this site two or three times. They have great prices and discounts that other stores do not have. I just ordered for medication But I have not received it yet I should get it next week sometime. But it's easy and convenient for me and helps with my budget.
HORRIBLE website. Wish I would have read the reviews on it before I ordered something. First I ordered program from them and it took them 20 days to even mail it out. Then it took another 2 weeks to arrive. Turns out it wasn't what I needed after all so I turned around and against my better judgment, ordered Cap star from them. I never received the cap star at all. When it was well past time for it to arrive I called them to see why it had never arrived. I was told that it was in New York (I love in Kentucky). I was then told that I would receive a refund since it had not gotten delivered and that the refund would show up in my account in 3-4 days. Here it is 3 days later and still no refund.
This website is very simple to use, and makes things like buying cat litter much easier than going to the store. The only issue is that delivery time is a little long, but if you order it ahead of time, it is perfect!
I ordered flea medicine for my cats 3 weeks ago. I called in last week and they told me that my package would arrive this week around Tuesday or Wednesday. It's now Friday and no package so I called them again. This time they said the package was flagged by customs and that I would need to wait ANOTHER week for it to arrive. First of all, flagged by customs? Sounds fishy. And second, Waiting a month for flea medicine while my cats are scratching like crazy is heartbreaking. The fleas have turned to me and I'm covered in bites from head to toe. I purchased from this site for the price but I see now it wasn't worth the hassle. I originally told them I would wait for the package but after reading these reviews I asked for my money back instead. Fake flea medicine? Who would do such a thing? I'm not risking putting that crap on my pets. They said the package might still arrive and I will have to send it back. I saw someone else say the return shipping was expensive and I just can't afford that. Supposedly I'll get my money back in 3-5 business days but i don't believe it now. I hope they give me my money back first, then they can figure out how to get their fake product back themselves Because it shouldn't be my problem.
#1 2019 has been a good year for fleas bad for us. #2 The site clearly states can take 7-21 days for delivery and tracking number IS provided. #3 Frontline stopped being effective some years ago due to formula change. Try Effipro or another product. #4 Most flea products state they can take 3 months to rid your home of fleas under the best of circumstances. #5They do scour the world to get products for the best price, some countries make their products better if you have a problem let website know NOT to order from that country. Ordered Effipro Duo for cats works great shipping took 2-3wks Great price my product came from the UK Via Singapore/Germany

I did not remember my password but the agent on the phone said no problem and began to help me get just what I wanted, was very professional and courteous. The prices were great and I will be shopping the regularly.
I purchased from this website because one of my friends had recommended it to me. On first glance of the site, I was a little bit surprised by the price range as many products were at discounted rates. And I was used to paying full price at my nearby pet store. But I still decided to go ahead and purchase from it. After some days, I still didn't receive my order so I got concerned. Upon contacting the company, I found out that it was due to some miscommunication that my order was delayed. They asked me to wait for couple more days and thankfully, I did receive the order in that time frame. I will say that I was skeptical of the products as there are many knock-offs available at a cheaper price. The treatments I got from this website were 100% genuine and exactly the ones I used to purchase from the store. My first experience with this site was quite bumpy but I'm still gonna keep purchasing from here!
Looking for reasonable price for Frontline flea treatment and was pleased with price and auto ship.
Had some problems, on my part, with setting that up online. So, I called CS and the rep was so helpful, even though it was very late at night. I have received my second order and it came right on time! Great service, great company! Mason Pierce
I ordered the Seresto flea collar on September 5th it took 3 days to ship the collar on September 8th. It is not September 17th and no collar. When I called customer service I was told that it should be there sometime next week. Needless to say this is terrible service and this will be my last order. Hopefully this thing arrives as I'm very upset that I'm still waiting for a dog collar that can fit in your pocket. The free shipping here is free because they are shipping in bulk so if there are not enough orders you will be waiting until they fill the bulk.
What's that saying "you get what you pay for" well this company definitely lives up to that quote with their supposed Frontline + for cats! It ended up costing me ten times more to rid my home of the flea infestation. My opinion is to stay away from this company altogether!
Answer: Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.
Answer: Don't order from them. This is a horrible company and their customer service is even worse.
Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
