Best online pet service. Very efficient and does their very best at finding your pet. They have a lot more resources then any other pet finder amber alert service out there.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever come across. I was reluctant to write a bad review, since I know how much it can hurt businesses, but I feel helpless and scammed. Submitting my alert request/paying was made easy and my questions were pretty much immediately answered. This is how they lured me in. It's been over 24 hours, and I've received no follow ups or updates. I've sent the exact same question multiple times at different hours of the day and have gotten no response. It seems like they do not care and only want your money. I knew this was a bad decision right after signing up when they offered to upgrade my package if I wrote two reviews for them. Most of the five star reviews here are fake and you can tell because the majority of people (including myself) state that they haven't actually even tried the service yet. I am about to file a charge back. Extremely disappointed. I am about to try Lost My Kitty because I've heard much better things about their company. If I could give -5 stars I would. However, I'm willing to give this company a second chance/update my review if they actually 1) answer me, 2) update me, and 3) actually provide the service I paid for. I just want my cat back.
When we lost our dog, time was of the essence, so when we quickly received recommendations for PetAmberAlert, we followed through with ordering right away! Hoping we get our dog home soon.
They have a very user friendly easy process to help unite owners and pets. If you need help getting the word out or notifying the right resources, I recommend you give them a try. They are already established and know who to contact immediately.
