The dress I ordered was beautiful, looks just as the website lists it. My only concern was the material, I was underwhelmed by it but it's grown on me. Beautifully and well made.

I only received one of the two dresses I ordered. It's disappointing.

The goods are not true to size and then they will not accept the items being returned and offered credit or refund for different amount each email. Goods were dispatched from Brisbane in Australia and they claim that they have only one refund and return place that is located in the USA. It is illegal to withhold money for goods that are not suitable. This is not just a change of mind. Website gives address to email for returns and four emails later they are still not resolving the problem. Do not buy from these people. This appears to be a scam.

Brought dress online then waited, waited and waited. After over a week (just about 2) of paying I was then advised that the size I ordered was now unavailable. But I did receive a refund promptly.

I need to return the dress because it is too small and my request has been ignored!

The dresses need a zipper or something to help me get in. Also, they are very baggy, shapeless, long.

Ordering seemed simple, and having the measurements were great, however when I received the product it was of very poor quality. The fabric was terrible.

Shipping is slow. The dresses I received were made from fabric worse than a cheap Halloween costume. Customer service makes returns a headache. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Pettallush is a 0 star company.

Easy check-out, better quality and accurate sizing than I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased!

It took a month and a half for my order to arrive. I waited until three weeks to contact them and they replied that it took awhile for the delivery app to show up. I had specifically order way ahead of time so I could my dresses for vacation. Sadly they arrived too late and too small. 😔 I had such a great experience the first time and now it seems like they've fone downhill.

I believe this company may not exist. I have followed up several times only to be told to check the ship tracking system. I ordered on the 8th August, on the 13th they have only created a shipping label and on 21 August 2024, USPS still have not received the package!

I would suggest to other customers not to buy because there is no recall and no customer service.

I had trouble getting my credit card entered into the system. The first dress was too small. The other two dresses are a little too large.

Ive always shopped at your online store. Its been a while...and we are back! Looking forward to my new modest dresses I purchased :)
