Dress is not what I expected. Quality of dress is disappointing.

It was easy and quick and didn't have to create an account. Love it!

I ordered 3 dresses the first time. One for correctly so I emailed about sending two back for a refund. They asked if I would take half the cash amount and keep the clothes that didn't fit. I declined so they offered a full credit and keep the clothes. I gave the two dresses to my friend and chose three different items. I love the new items. Ultimately, I'm happy!

Wish it didn't take me to checkout whenever I added something to my cart. Would like the search engine to be more accurate. Otherwise great shop

There's something "off" about this merchant. They don't provide a return label. They offer money if you don't return the items. Who does that? The merchandise goes to a nondescript building in an industrial area of Queens, NY. I did not feel good about sending the package there but good old UPS made sure it got there quickly. I still don't have a refund and it's been a few weeks. To avoid this hassle avoid this website.

Since my dress did not fit, no fault to company. I am trying to return for refund. Still waiting on final word from company.

Ordered 4 tops from Petallush. Along with waiting almost 4 weeks to receive, when they arrived I was not happy at all. Very poorly made and size was not even close. If you dare to order, read the material description and ORDER UP SIZE OR TWO.

My order came promptly and the dress is exactly the same as in the picture. I was happy.

I ordered 3 dresses. They look so extremely cheap and not like the photos online. I requested to ship it back and get a refund. They told me they could give me less than half of my money back and keep the items. I do not want these items. I insisted on returning them all and they said instead I can keep the items and I'll get a gift card to use for other items on the website. I really do not want the items, but I'm afraid if I try return, they will receive the items and keep my money. The return process is painful and the items are extremely cheap. I would never order from here again.

Confusing with Pal pay. Pal pay was making it difficult to buy.

It seems they don't want to refund my money, have tried to contact customer service but get no response! Buyers beware!

Shopping for dresses was easy. The website was very simple to use. However, both my dresses are too small and the return process is cumbersome and difficult to even understand. I will not be shopping with Petallush again.

You seem to have pretty dresses. This is the first time ordering so we will have to see how the dresses fit.

The site is nice. It took me two times of entering my card information into Paypal and it rejecting it to realize that I had to click a separate button to pay with credit card. Maybe make that more clear, or allow the credit card option under Paypal to work.

This company is a scam. I purchased three dresses and one of them (the only one I actually needed for an upcoming event) was cancelled from the order after the order had shipped. Even worse, BOTH products I received had defects. The zipper was broken on one of the dresses and the second dress had a large stain (maybe makeup?) on it that I'm pretty sure will not come out in the wash. But even if it does come out, I don't want a stained used product I paid over $40 for. When I tried to request a return/refund, they had the audacity to ask me to keep the items in return for $25 refund. When I said no, I wanted a full refund and I am willing to send the items back, they asked me to keep the items and offered a $75 gift card I could use for a future order. My order was $81.50 WITHOUT the shipping fee so how is that a reasonable compensation? Terrible customer service and they will do ANYTHING not to give you back your money. Do NOT buy anything from here.
