My credit card blocked due to some online fraud transactions which are declined too and never charged. Still they keep the block on card for almost 1.5 years and every time when contacted, they just say no ETA on resolution or progress when the card will be active. I even got into a call to review transaction once and they made the card active but within few hours, again the card is blocked. Upon calling, they said the card is either lost or stolen but I do have the physical card with me. Am tired of keep following with them for almost 1.5 years. The team is getting changed and they don't even know what's the exact issue or how to handle these of work. Every time you call, new people picks the call, take time to verify the account and finally say, its under review and get back via email but no communication from there until you call back or email. Answers are template based and looks like they just put on hold and do other things, may not be a priority for them but should understand from customer level priority. Shows the staff inexperience and lack of knowledge or interest and do just for call purposes. Recent email conversation with them, got a reply that prepay review team is working on it and get back via email, as usual template. Being prolonged time, either they should make active the card to see if any more fraudulent transaction happening again or replace with new card which is never used else without which, this never ends. I wish they should resolve this soon as possible
Love my air fryer the wife's jewelry was very beautiful very pristine as well as my new game system I got and my Bluetooth headset for my gaming system you reported to the credit agencies like they said it would has definitely helped boost my score I jumped almost 100 points since November or 23
