I am very upset my item was scanned delivered on May 4 according to tracking by a person named Carl and it has not been located.
My card was declined when I attempted to purchase something off of TikTok. I normally don't have any trouble purchasing things off of there as I have before. So I reached out and my issue was resolved in literally about 10 minutes or less. Super satisfied I must say!
Missing 1 item from order only received 2 out of 3 hopefully it's on its way I. A different delivery

From start to finish it has been smooth sailing. I enjoy this service immensely and it is so convenient and affordable.
I recommend the chat room to all customers fast and way less than 3 minutes I needed my card activated was having problems on the app and instead of calling I did the chat room with an agent and it was fast and easy process
Support through chat was fast, very easy, and didn't take long. I'm appreciative of this service being available. My only issue is that I wish there was a way to track when you receive my first direct deposit and I also wish the credit card could be expedited because I'm financing an upcoming expense and was hoping to have the card sooner rather than later.

I received an item from a partner retailer that was missing parts. After reaching out Perpay and sending photos as proof that the partner was providing inaccurate information Perpay was able to get parts similar to the ones I was missing sent to me.
The PerPay experience is a novel one in the USA that have tended to exclude a section of the citizenry, all in the name of credit ratings that are at best subjectively disadvantaged to people of color. Good way to go!

I have been using perpay since around 2017 or there abouts every single time I use them the staff go above and Beyond for me. Yes you will hear it all the time "you pay more in the long run" blah blah blah, Well if you think about it that way sure. But how many people would rather pay a low amount in a higher value for a product then have to pay the full value of the product. Not me! Thats for sure! I love these guys and I will continue to use them for as long as I shall live
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
