Payments take FOREVER to be applied if they are additional payments, however the service and idea is great for those on a smaller budget!
Don't know what I missed but I didn't realize I was building a savings account that I wasn't going to have access to, basically. No thank you. When I did try to order something (only tried twice) -problems and never went through. No email letting me know I left things in my cart like other companies. Took me almost 3 weeks and 3 people deep and finally telling them that I really did not want to get attorneys involved (I know a few that LOVE it his stuff π) -
All of that just to finally get them to understand I was serious and wanted all my money back. I hadn't spent it, I had already stopped the direct deposit (I do payroll π€£). They were ALWAYS polite and professional in their manner. They are just used to people setting up a direct deposit for a certain amount and hoping they'll forget about it. I wonder how many people do? That is utterly pathetic. The fact that me even mentioning my attorneys made them very quickly change gears told me all I needed to know in my opinion. I jumped through their hoops, waited over Labor Day weekend, then NOTHING! I was able to dig and finally find a phone number. Late at night, called on the 2nd and within 30 minutes, she (I'd spell it wrong) had verified everything and told me my refund would be in my bank in 3 - 5 days. Still not holding my breath. Tonight on 3rd of September, I get on the app and check, and it states that my case has been resolved, and my funds will be deposited in 2 to 3 business days from the 2nd!
HALLELUJAHππππβπ₯βπ₯ The best thing I can say is that they did resolve my situation and give me all my money back. Well, they say they're going to. They say it's in transit. I am expecting to get my refund. I would say by tomorrow or Friday rather. I will also say, as I did before they were all very nice in the chat room, very professional, polite, and the girl on the phone was extremely sweet, friendly, professional polite, and I took her survey.
I was sceptical at first, because sending my direct deposit somewhere else was a little scary. But I have had no problem every month for 4 months now getting the rest of my money sent to my bank. I do agree items are a little higher than the store, but I choose what I really need and paying a low monthly payment versus paying upfront at the store. I really recommend perpay, it's helped me a lot and they are very trustworthy

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I donβt think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say itβs 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
