Was asked to call my bank to get a merchants code to complete purchase. Called chase and they would not give it to me. Key work was Merchant which was Perfume.com. Bank thought this was so strange. I gave up and order cancelled.

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I've been a customer for YEARS. I have lived at my current residence for 11 yrs yet, they sent my order to an address I HAVEN'T lived at prior to the last 11?!?!? Then when I called them for assistance the "employee" (?!?) told me, "There is nothing WE (I suppose he is Manager, GM, CEO, and owner all wrapped into one?) can do!". Because when I asked for a supervisor he refused to transfer me I even TOLD him it had nothing to do with him, I simply wanted to exhaust every avenue to resolve this. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
