I had ordered a bottle of cologne months ago and it came quickly. I had just recently ordered two bottles and one showed up damaged and leaked out. So I thought I would have to call and be on hold and deal with someone that didn't speak English. I called and was on hold for about ten seconds and I talked with a wonderful lady named Riza. I sent her an e mail of the damaged bottle and she shipped me a replacement that very day. These people are great and I will purchase from them exclusively and no one else.
