I'll admit that I was a little dubious but I just can't say how truly pleased I am with Perfume.com. I was so sad when my Jovan was discontinued in my whole city but a customer told me to give them a try, that she was quite happy with them also.
Even with the exchange rate, (and the awesome 20% coupon they offer) the price worked out about the same as what I would have paid here in Ontario, Canada.
I am recommending this company to EVERYONE!

I was looking for a better price on my perfume and was happy to get 25% off the price.
Found the perfume I want easily. Was easy to order.
I purchased an item well over a month ago.
The courier company they selected and used did not attempt to deliver the package. I was home the day they claim they attempted to deliver the package. There is also a concierge in the lobby. No package was delivered. I tried contacting the shipping company SIX times and never got a response.
Dealt with Ces from Customer Service for over a month. She could not get the company to deliver the package.
I finally asked for a refund. Everything but the shipping fees and taxes ($16 CAD) were refunded. I asked for my issue to be escalated to a supervisor. Why am I on the hook for the shipping when the courier never even attempted to deliver the package?
Compete and utter scam.

I ordered Jontue and what I received was nothing like it. Sure, it was in a Jontue bottle but smelled nothing like it. Plus the atomizer was broke and would not spray. All I got was a small puddle of whatever was in the bottle. I really like Jontue, it makes me happy. I wish I was happy It was not worth the money I paid.
