The subscription is a great idea but you can not choose from all they offer in bottle sales. Then switch out ones you pick as they are sold out. I could accept it however this happened twice in a row.

This really is a terrible company. They display prices in your local currency and unless you look very carefully you don't realise that it's charging you in dollars. This may or may not be a problem for you but in addition the product I ordered never arrived and then they refunded me via Paypal, even though I said I didn't want them to do that as I would lose more money in the currency conversion. They said it was a goodwill gesture! So if your order doesn't arrive, if they're not in a good mood, you may not get a refund at all. Their customer service department are hopeless. They don't actually understand what you tell them and aren't interested in listening or trying to accommodate you even when you're trying to suggest solutions. They even refused to attempt to send me my product again and instead insisted on sending me a refund in dollars, losing me more money. So after much stress and time, I've ended up with no perfume and £4.10 out of pocket. Really annoying.
