I have had problems when ordering especially when I PLACE ORDER, IT DOES NOT RESPOND so I do it again thinking it did not go thru. BOOM I get both orders and charged twice.
This is the second time this has happened to me, so I noticed that it my bank account t the next morning
And when I called the next morning they had shipped it out already. Spoke to a representative that morning she told me not to open the second pkg and send it back. It cost me over 14.00 to send it back.
I called early but they already sent it out. Can you please reimburse the cost to send it back
