Although they have cheap watches and costly claims like warranty, money back guarantee and blah blah but they are $#*!s who just want to take your money and enjoy with it. I am disappointed with their customer support and its been 15 days since I sent them my precious money. I didn't hear back from these guys from the day they got my money. I assume that my money is wasted as I saw many complaints online. I wish I would have checked these reviews before ordering the watch. Now I want to say, save your money and don't order with these guys, they are scumbags.

After purchasing of this fraudulent website my $#*! went hard and many thought i was on shard as the product was a toy. The watches i purchased were not what i inittially thought they were. I got real cut at this stage and started abusing the customer service, not too long later the customer support service asked me if I had shard i kindly responded no, as i would never give shard to a stranger. My service with perfect watches sucked balls almost as much balls as Kaitlin Jenner after the transformation. Im outies boiz

I’ll say don’t go after low prices and cheap watches. In the end you’ll ruin all your hard earned money. My Greed came and I ordered couple of watches because those were cheap. I was really disappointed when I got the product. Those were really cheap as the prices were. In total I lost $1K and it would be better if I spent that $1K on 1 watch and had shopped some quality watch. The real product is entirely different from what they advertised on the site. On the site, I think they showcased authentic watch pictures which attract lots of customers. Their real product is entirely different and looks like toys.

They are best for nothing. They have an impressive site to impress the world but when I talk about watches, they own toy watches. It what you get what you pay for. I doubted the quality from the day I placed an order of $300 and was waiting what would be the quality of the piece. I’ll say I get what I was expecting. It looks like a toy watch or a watch might be suitable for kids. I can’t even think to wear this watch at home. I don’t repent either because I already knew what these Chinese sites offer in return of your money. I want to say, stay away from these guys and spend your money on some healthy activity.

My wife and placed an $870.00 order on-line and the next thing you know I have a fraudulent charge for $902.00 on the same card from a hardware store less than 30 minutes later. Perfectwatches sends me an email stating the card was declined so either they can't figure how to charge a visa card OR its a total scam.
Wells Fargo canceled the card and I have the new one in front of me now. I was going to attempt the order again until I found this site and read the reviews.
Bottom Line:
Keep on looking and don't order for this place unless you want to throw your money away and end up having your personal data sold on-line!

I was just about to piss away $700, just before i was about to pay these guys i decided to check on some external reviews. I came across heaps of reviews over here and saved my money, I rather wait a bit longer and buy a genuine piece than throw my money into the lap of some scamming scumbag.

Thank you guys and good luck all, we need to be more careful when getting excited about deals on the internet that look too good to be true.

I rather buy a used Rolex for $3k -- $5k than piss away $700 into the bank a/c of some scamster.

My experience with perfectwatches.cn was really bad and now I have decided not to try each and every site out there. I was attracted with their prices because prices were looking good but I was not sure about the quality. As they offer cheap prices, quality of their watches is also cheap. I spend $300 there and their sent watch was not even worth $20. It looks like a toy watch and I never wear that watch till now because that is not of any standard to be worn. I want to say don't go after their prices because they are selling toys out there. Increase your budget a bit and go with some good site or manufacturer who offer good quality watches.

Pls do NOT order anything even for free from these rude Fraudsters.
I placed an order for 2 watches last month(May 2015). Almost one month now and still nothing delivered.
I contact everyday with their customer service and I receive everyday a different reply such as:
1. Item not passed quality control-shipment delayed 2. Item N/A -Shipment Delayed
3. During last week every day they reply that tomorrow I will get refund.
The bottom line is that they have banned me from live chat with their customer service even if i was demanding politely my money back because I am spending their time.

I want to say that perfectwatches.cn is a big fraud company and you if you don’t want to waste your money then don’t order with these guys. I got a broken hublot after several months and now they are replying to pay for the courier if I want to get it replaced. I’ll say they are frauds in every aspect of their services and they do false claims. Save your hard earned money and order with other available guys on the internet. Don’t go after with their good looking website and attractive prices because at the end you are going to waste your money.

What I should tell you guys about them, they are worst in every aspect of their services except taking the money. I was really happy with their response and response time when I ordered. I thought they were good. But after that the bad time started. I ordered Tag Heuer Monaco with them that is listed at $690 price tag on their site. They make false promises to you and even don't respond to you afterwards payments. I got my watch after a month and it is the worst watch I can imagine. It looks like a toy watch to me and I even can't think to wear it in parties. I'll recommend to stay away from these guys.

If you want to hear my story, I’ll say avoid them at any cost. They are good for nothing. I purchased a limited edition Hublot in almost $800 and I’ll say what a waste of money I did. First I received my watch many weeks late and when it came, it was a toy watch. It can be identified as a fake from a distance and I can’t even like to wear it at home. I am a watch collector and I’ll say it is the worst watch I ever got from someone. It will be wiser to avoid them and purchase from other available companies.

Hi guys let me tell you this is not a 5 stars website but I give them 4 because I decided to order from them 2 watches. First of all was very easy job look on site, choose the items, and purchase. Pay... send them an email because I was a little bit concern about my payment the answer was very prompt, wait 10 days and after that my watches arrives. Now, the quality is good everything works and looks ok not Perfect but reasonable one was $175 and the another one $199 but I paid only $298 so this is what I like about them. They have always discounts and great deals.
