I have ordered watches from these guys in the past - four in total including Cartier and Rolex. Decent quality watches. Here is the catch - I have a VISA card that I only used for these purchases - nothing else - I have never pulled the card out in public or used it for any other purchases and lo and behold the card gets compromised for over $10,000 in fraudulent charges! Unfortunately this means I will never ever order from this site again - either they are fraudsters or their server security is crap - so you may end being happy with your purchase but your credit card issuer wont be! Buyer beware!

I ordered the Rolex Daytona Black PVD on Perfectwatches.cn their customer service was great. Then, the morning after the order a number which Caller ID identified as Pursevalley called me and said that they don't accept VISA from my country and I'll have to pay through Western Union. Then, I asked them to cancel my order and they did immediately and sent me an Email within the hour to confirm my cancellation. Nice website design. Not good service.

Received the watch that i ordered, Had to Thank God for that since i thought i was never going to get it from the unresponsiveness of their customer support, however my joy was shortlived when the watch i received arrived with 1) Broken Glass, 2) Movement was hanging out of the Watch 3) Seconds hand missing 4) Scratches all over the Watch

I never bothered contacting them again, i threw the watch in the dustbin, called my bank to not only cancel the charge but also cancel my credit card since it was used without my permission on several sites after i purchased from these guys. Never again from a Chinese Site, never again

This is amazing. I bought a new computer and didn't have the link to perfect watches and accidentally came across this review page. I sure am glad I did. There are so many negative remarks I feel it's only fair you hear my side.

6 weeks ago I purchased 4 watches. All 4 looked, weighed and felt like the originals. (And yes, I've looked at those many times as well). I was happy with the look and the feel. Unfortunately, two clasp were not working right. I contacted customer service and they gave me a choice to send the watches back or have they would send me new clasp. I really liked the watches so I told them to send me the clasp. It took a couple weeks but they both arrived. Turns out one worked great and the other didn't. I told them I'd like to return the one that didn't work well and they said sure. They said all they need is the tracking number to return and they will send the funds back to my account. I did have to pay for shipping but they gave me 10% off my next watch to cover it. I was ok with that. I didn't see much of a choice either.

That day, I ordered 5 more watches and all 5 were exactly as described.

I was very impressed with it's customer service.
I was very impressed with the layout of the website.
I was extremely impressed with delivery time.
Not once on all 9 watches did I feel taken or felt like it was a scam.

BTW- I like all kinds of watches but if your nervous the watch will break quickly or it will come damaged, then try to get a simple watch. KISS "Keep it simple stupid." You'll have no problem with the watch.

And yes, I will be ordering from them again... And again O! And again

12/19/15 UPDATE
I have now owned all my watches for Four months. I wear each one atleast a few times a month. I've had issues with one of my watches. The battery died. The others have all worked well. I have a little scratch on my Bruget and my Hublot doesn't line up perfectly when I press the timer. Other than that, they all work well. I'm still very happy with my purchase and look forward to purchasing more on their next big sale.

Literally so bad watch... I spent almost $200 on the watch, a Rolex Daytona replica. And I have kept my confirmation number, order number, and the conversations history with it, perfectwatches.cn. And even I keep the package. And I took a picture of the watch I received to report my case to the service center of this website. And I just want them to deal with my case and refund to me. But I have never received any reply from them. I'm not happy. So I'll post my case on YouTube, instagram, Twitter, and my facebook, where I have about 6,000 followers, some of which are considering purhchase from them. I have the duty to tell them the truth. Others, I'll report the watch, and the website to the Google. No more people should be cheated by them. The watch and the website are inferior, bad, fake, scam, tin-pot, useless. I am so DISAPPOINTED at them!

The watches I have received, three so far, have been good replicas. Posted on time and exactly as ordered. I personally believe that the majority of these reviews are from a competitor as they are untraceable single reviews with generally a very poor vocabulary range, repeating the same insults and the same incorrect English usage and errors. Quite a coincidence when they purport to be from all over the world? Very suspicious indeed.

To start off, I was nothing short of extremely impressed by their website. The amount of satisfied customers who wrote positive reviews immediately sealed the deal for me. So, I went ahead and placed my order for the Rolex DateJust watch and watch case on July 8th, 2015. Shortly after, I decided to look at some external reviews by simply Googling "Perfectwatches.cn reviews". I quickly felt myself regretting my decision. For some reason, the external reviews are about 95% negative, if not more. To add even more to my worry, on July 13th (5 days after placing my order) I got an email that my order was delayed. I thought for sure they got away with my money and would never send me my watch. I called their customer service and they were extremely apologetic and assured me that it was a simple warehouse delay and that my order would be shipped within 48 hours. I didn't believe them and remained upset and skeptical. Sure enough, I got an email on July 15th (two days later) that my order had shipped. Conveniently located within the email was the tracking number. One week later my watch arrived. It was a little smaller than I had imagined/wanted but there weren't many images to get a grasp on the scale/size. At first, I thought the crown was broke as I could not get the hands to move when trying to adjust the time and date but it turned out I just did not have the crown pulled out far enough. It took some messing around with. Overall, I am happy with my order and impressed with the customer service. I will be posting this review everywhere I can in attempt to give Perfectwatches.cn the positive reputation it deserves. It turned into a great overall experience.

You name a watch on this planet and you can find it in its cheapest form at perfectwatches.cn. They are as cheap in quality as in the price. In my opinion they have the worst product range on their site and they are delivering just toy watches. What they mentioned on their site, their product doesn’t reflect that in the quality. Those watches are cheap, and substandard. It is waste of your money. If you are planning to buy a watch from these people, I recommend staying away. Now I discovered that many of my friends are affected by these crap people. They are money hungry and just want your hard earned money.

I don't know why are these all bad reviews here about this company. First of all the site clearly indicates everything they sell are replicas, to get a good replica is always hit and miss because there is hardly any quality control in what these people do.
Someone wrote here that the pics are stolen from real site :)) please take a closer look. I really believe that this all bad reviews are from the same person with different addresses.
If I was a pissed costumer I upload some pics with my $%^^# watch that everybody to see it The Disaster!. Also my order number maybe the company read this reviews and verify my order and they would like to contact me to resolve the problem.
So people don't believe in all those reviews!

I ordered one Rolex Datejust 18k Yellow Gold Plated which was a ladies model. They ruined everything. I trusted them and they disappoint me in quality because it looks like a toy watch. It was a birthday gift and I fall in an awkward condition as I couldn’t give it as a gift because it was looking very cheap. I had to spend a handsome money on alternative watch which I got from a local store. Their sent which is just a crap and I threw it somewhere in my drawer. It was waste of $200. I advice you not to rely on them if you are going to order for gift purposes.

These people are just fraud and have very low quality watches. Although their prices are on low end but they have the similar quality of watches. I want to say don’t expect a lot from these people. I was looking for a breitling watch and I landed on their site from Google. I thought they’ll be good but at the end am an unhappy customer. They respond well in the beginning but once you place an order, you confront their poor customer support. It crosses the limits when you get the watch because it can be find under $20 in local market. They are thieves who want to grab all your money and give you nothing.
