My IWC Portuguese arrived today. For the price I assumed this would be a really fine copy. The crystal is poor quality, the watch strap is sub-par, clearly this is a less than fine reproduction. They measure the watch by the crystal (so it is huge).
Completely a waste of money. They will not be around long selling such pieces of crap. The watch in less than 9 hours has gained 3 minutes of time. So much for the eta swiss movement. I bought my Rolex Submariner "Perfect Watc" Replica last May. It arrived heavily shrink-wrapped in CHINA with Chinese writing all over it. It was supposed to be a Jap[anese mechanism. The financial part went without a hitch. Why not? They are buying $15.00 replicas and selling them for $200+. The Tach Face fell off (fastened with rubber cement) after 3 weeks. The bezel does not fit the crown and WORST the Kinetic "so called" Japanese movement is very inferior. Loses 3-5 minutes a day and must be wound about 200 times to get it to be regular. I have to do this about once a week, depending on my activity. They would not adjust my replacement saying it was a few weeks out of warranty. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 2.

From start to finish they went out of their way to make it a smooth tranaction. We ordered two watches and they are our special ones so far. We are pleased and get compliments all the time.

STAY AWAY! I paid $300 for broken watch, that i had to repair twice before the repairman told me, that these watches WILL NEVER work. Then perfectwatches promised me that i will get a refund, but i must ship the watch back to China. I PAID for shipping, then they confirmed that the watch has been received and my refund will be issued withing 10 business days. I never got a refund BUT i received a package with my broken watch. THIS IS A PURE FRAUD.

Got duped in to signing up for their website. Thank God that's all I did. Now I'm getting nothing but endless emails about them wanting to sell me worthless pieces of crap. Been trying to unsubscribe from their stupid emails and webpage won't let me do it. I emailed the company explaining the whole ordeal in detail what is happening and one of their stupid techs tells me exactly to do what was not working in the first place! I tried calling customer service and what a major joke that is. Nobody answers calls and automated voice constantly kept on telling me I was next in line for someone to answer. The automated voice then tells you to leave a message. Not wasting anymore time with this joke of a company! Please don't waste yours.

I wanted to include a picture of my 3 rolex watches. Frankly I was not expecting much after reading some of these reviews. I've owned a couple of real Rolex date just over the years. Well about a month ago I had to take in for service and would be with out for awhile. So I took to perfect watches to find the same watch so I wouldn't be without. While I was in the site I figured I may as well buy two more of my all time favorite rolex wish list. So I got the submariner with blue face and a presidential for the one time a year dressy occasion. I asked several questions with the live chat, very helpful, I left thought about it for a while and then came back to finish the order. I'm a big guy with 8" wrists the band's come 7.25 if you need more links or know your size make sure you put this in additional comments when you place your order as I did. The watches came a little over 2 weeks, not bad as they are coming from Hong Kong. I have to admit I wasn't expecting much or figured it will wind up being a hassle. Let me tell you I was Shocked all 3 watches came packed tight and everyone of them had been sized to my request, and they still supplied me with several extra links! WOW great job. Also as I took each watch protective plastic off and started to really try to find flaws, I couldn't. All the proper markings, weight and the hands sweep. The hologram sticker on the back case is of proper quality I've seen some real chincy kind but these are good. The gold all looks real good and looks even throughout each link front and back. Anyway. Very surprised with the entire transaction and the product. A+ and I will be buying more from perfectwatches. Love them all and don't really care when I get my real one back. Thanks

I wanted a replica cartier watch because I just can't afford or justify the price for the real one so I googled some items and found this website I admit I fell for this hard. I asked a bunch of questions on the live chat before placing my order and I usually google a company before ordering from them but I didn't his time because I believed all the bull$#*! the representative told me because I figured they have an actual live chat and a phone number that they would be a legit company especially since the guy told me they have been around for 11 years I figured what on earth could possibly go wrong... I bought 2 watches and ended up getting the 10% off and then paid the extra insurance everything went through but I did not see any pending transaction for 2 days I thought that was weird so I called the company and they said they call you before they process the order which to me seemed actually very good but now I realize how sketchy it actually is. I let everything go through because I read about their return policy I felt I was safe so 1 day goes by and I just decided to google the reviews and I was nervous after that because EVERYTHING was negative I immediately canceled the order after being harassed on the phone for 10 minutes of them trying to get me to keep the order but I still canceled. I'm So Glad I canceled and will be getting back my money because after I read that they have a 6 month warranty and the watch magically stops working after 7 hahhaa im not falling for that bull$#*!. So word to the wise DONT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. How are they even still in business?!?!?
