I read emadereplica.com before I buy from this website, emadereplica tell me, all replica watches from china is fake or copy swiss eta movement, there are no real Swiss made eta movement from China, so their 450.00usd is very expensive, doesn't worth buying.

Perfectwatches?
July 19, 2017

Rubbish service, rubbish communications, rubbish watch. Serves me right! Watch fell apart internally after 2 weeks. Several months later I have no expectation of replacement, refund or alternative. However, they are very slick,. You have been warned...

Firstly this company is the same as Purse Valley so beware. Company advertises as Express shipping to Australia which I assume is 7-10 days. It was 3 days after I ordered and received email/ and a call to confirm delivery address and was told it would be 2-3 days before it would be shipped from China. 7 days later I got an email to say it had just been shipped. (10 days already up). I tried to contact company (? Californian phone number). I was disconnected several times and so left my number, several times, as a message promises they WILL get back to you. They never responded. Long story! They offered me a refund as the watch was returned to them... undeliverable. I cancelled and tried ordering thru Perfect Watches>>> SAME COMPANY. Finally the watch did arrive after 3 weeks. Looks like they have a serious problem with what the customer writes as their address and where they try to send it. I will NEVER order from this company again.

DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THEM!
They try a slick move to get you to pay via bank check (no credit card fees) then drop you like a hot potato. Considering all the negative reviews, I'm surprised they are still in business.
I think the positive reviews are phony.

Don't Bother
July 6, 2017

Ordered before reading these reviews. After seeing all negative reviews, I decided to roll the dice and see what might happen. Service was actually spot on up to and including delivery. Watch looks great and would be difficult to distinguish from my real Rolex... if the second hand would move! It was dead out of the box, and when wound sounds like a dead engine trying to start. I know the Chinese are not known for craftsmanship or ingenuity, but they can't even build a watch that runs! Customer service is some Chinese person using an English sounding name while speaking broken English. They want me to send a video of the watch not working! Really? Needless to say, I would not recommend wasting your time with this group of idiots. I'll get my money back one way or another and buy a Swatch for my secondary watch. Probably made in China as well.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased my watch. So, I ordered my watch in June 6th and they charged my account on June 10th. It took them almost two weeks to generate a tracking number AND to confirm the money was taken out of my account! I was literally calling them everyday for a tracking #. It finally arrives on June 29th, I open the box and st first I'm very pleased. And then I look closely at the watch face and the J on the DATEJUST is in bold. I'm mortified and extremely pissed. I call customer service and they tell me I can send the watch back and pay for shipping to get a refund or replacement. WTF? You sent me a defective watch and you want me to pay to return it? Then they break down and say "for this time only" we will cover shipping. Well after screaming at them over and over, I wasn't interested anymore. I called my bank, filed a claim based on false advertising fraudulent terms and agreement and I got my money back. And I'm gonna keep the watch. Run away from this company!

Ordered a Replica Rolex Submariner and it arrived (in Australia) in less than 2 weeks. Very happy with the quality and had no problems with the watch. Lots of reviewers in the US are complaining about customs intercepting their orders and I've noticed in most cases they ordered more that one watch. I would say US customs will allow one watch through but multiple units raise a red flag for them. Advice would be to order them one at a time.

Do NOT deal with this business. They will take your money and run. I ordered a few watches on April 15th, and the package was seized in San Francisco by customs. They initially accused me of receiving the package and claiming I never received it! I had to prove to them I didn't receive it by involving USPS. Then they finally said that they got a notification from Customs that they are receiving the package back. Now they are refusing to give me back my money that I paid via bank transfer in order to get a discount. Every customer service rep I speak to says "wait until Monday for an email, etc etc". They avoid you. Again, if you don't want to throw your money and time away, do NOT deal with this scam of a business.

Ordered 3 replica Patek Philippe watches. 2 shipped; 1 back ordered. The 2 watches were seized by US Customs. Hello Rolex, a related company, claims to know how to ship watches to get through US Customs. They then asked for $259 to reorder and try once again. They accepted NO responsibility for the confiscation of their shipment. They processed an additional change to my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH HELLO ROLEX.CN,. COM,. ME,. US, or any site with hellorolex or perfectwatches in its name.

In 2016 I bought 3 watches from PW. They came fast and the company even replaced a watch bracelet I damaged for free. One immediately answered phone call and the replacement arrived in less than 1 week. Did this company suck before and do a turnaround? I have nothing but praise for my entire experience.

Paid $250 for Rolex watch and was instantly emailed with processing info with EMS China tracking number. Tracking number was a fake, constantly indicates "in transit" and no other updates. Been playing phone tag with perfect watches and everytime, they assured that warehouse will contact me with 48 hours, which they never did. It's been 2 months and all of the sudden, I received an email from perfectwatches that my item was delivered. I just cut my loss and hopefully no one else's falls into this trap.

BUYER BEWARE
June 4, 2017

For a long time I have been contemplating purchasing some watches from them. But I was always very hesitant. I wish I listened to my hesitation. Just take a look at the reviews below, YES they actually take your money and run. What's unique about this scam, is the fact that they incentivize you to pay via bank account for a significant discount that you don't want to turn down. After that transaction, you never hear from them again. What's even worse, now that they know your number, they don't pick up for you anymore. So that stellar customer service you used to prior to purchase suddenly disappears. I'm jealous of the people below me who claimed actually got a watch that didn't work. At least you got something, a lot of us got nothing. We will make their lives hell

PERFECT WATCHES
June 3, 2017

A warning, never deal with Perfect Watches. I ordered a Rolex watch in December but when it arrived it did not work so I returned at my expense They sent another which had the same problem. After many emaile they offered a credit for postage costs against any future orders. You can buy from others for similar goods which are possibly from the same manufacturer at much lower prices.

Beware
June 3, 2017

I ordered a watch from Perfect Watches.
A short time later it stopped working. The only solution they
Offered was to return the watch at my own expense and they graciously
Offered me $40 discount on my next purchase.
In other words they were attempting to force me into doing business with
Them again by making yet another purchase.
NO THANKS
