I purchased 4 filigree Tear pendants with chains 1 for me and 1 for my sister and 1 for each of my daughters when my Mother passed away. They were more beautiful in person than in the picture, I think my Mother would have loved them, so now we will forever have her with us! The quality of the pendant and chain far exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this to anyone, and they were shipped very fast! Thank you Perfect Memorials for such an elegant Piece!

My father recently passed and wanted his ashes around his mother's grave. We arent really a close family with the exception of my father, my sister and one of my cousins. The three of us wanted to keep a piece of him with us always. The one day shipping came the very next morning so there were no delays in carrying out his last wish. They look great and no mistakes on the engraving. I really couldn't of choosen a better company to buy from for this.
I love what I got. So cute and perfect like the picture. It came faster than I expected. Definitely I will order again from them and I will recommend this side to my friends.

I got an urn for my father the wheel of the motorcycle was already broke off the base of the urn. Didnt have time to get it fixed. I just wanted to get my dad home.

My package I order was delivered faster than I expected and it came in great condition. My only complaint would have been that it doesn't give you a proper tracking code, if they could just fix that. Then it would be just about perfect.

I must say, I was very impressed with the urns. My brother d'j'd in the and I found the perfect urn, the record on a turn table which says my brother all the way. The letting, the wood, everything was to perfection. The picture frame urn I choose for my mom, is perfect as well. Very high quality. I would highly recommend Perfect Memorials. Site is user friendly, very self-explanatory, items delivered on time and quality is PERFECT! I ordered a urn charm that included the chain and I added an additional charm. Prices were very reasonable compared to other sites and again, the quality is top notch. I never thought I would buying said items for my older brother, my best friend, my world but the universe has its plans for everyone and everything. Thank you so much for the beautiful pieces.

My urn was reasonably priced, especially since it had a guitar on it and the engraving was perfect.
Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

I had ordered an extra small tree of life urn for my kitty's remains (order ID *******). I received it in a very timely manner, but the inscription was wrong – there was a birth/death date entered that I hadn't requested. I called them, and the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. When I asked if I should send back the original, she said that wouldn't be necessary, and that she'd ship out a replacement right away with the correct inscription. I received it within only a couple of days, and it is lovely.
Love my necklace! I did have a problem with it and the problem was solved immediately! Definitely would buy again from them!
My 13.5 year old cocker was at the end of his life and I wanted a pewter urn for his final resting place. The extra small size perfect for a 34 # cocker
This is the second time we purchased from Perfect Memorials for Pet Urns. They are great, fast, and efficient! This time we received the cute out from the heart shape with our Pet's name on it with the year she was born and the year she passed as a magnet. That was definitely a nice touch and meant so much!
It took me a couple of years to decide on an urn for my Dads ashes. I had recently narrowed them down to two and I am so pleased with the one I chose, Teakwood Marble, it is beautiful. It shipped the next business day and arrived very well packaged. I also ordered a couple of velvet bags from Perfect Memorials a couple of years ago and was pleased with the quality of them and the service. Very impressed with Perfect Memorials.
This is a great business. I purchased my second urn from them for my dogs ashes. Everything was absolutely perfect. My engraved pendant with Tasha picture on it looked exactly like her. I recommend them for anything you need.
