I don't know why the criminal search comes up as no criminal record when the possible criminals record quite obviously pertains to the individual in question.
Switch and bait marketing. Pay almost $30 for stupid information, and then you want to upgrade more money for what? Very dishonest website!

Peoplewhiz does not specify on their site the State you are searching may not release information. They are misleading by stating they provide Federal Criminal Records. According to a peoplewhiz customer service representative, Florida will not release these records. Maybe they should list the States that do not provide certain records and stop be so misleading.
