Too much hocus pocus from the beginning. The first address or just the city is at least 5 years out of date. Hopefully you can come up with something better than I already know.
I was under the impression that I would had complete background check for everything you check for when I paid the $27.99 and all it showed was the same info I could get off google
For free so then you want me to upgrade to see the rest off the background check for an additional 19.99 when I thought that's what I was getting when I paid the $27.99
When I search, it brings up the report but when I click for more info on relatives, I get an error message 404 can't connect with my browser & clear my data. I did that. I tried using Google, Chrome, Samsung Internet & duck duck go. I paid for a 1 month membership. I would like a refund

I looked up my boyfriend and checked social networks all it shows is 20 different people with 20 different Twitter accts. No Facebook or anything, when I know for a fact he has a Facebook acct.
Absolutely no unknown info was provided in first report. All you guys want is to keep charging more and more money. Please cancel my subscription!

Not an in-depth review on me as I was married on 10/28/67 until my husband passed. Bill was my maiden name. I have a daughter, 2 brothers & 2 sisters. So I wouldn't spend your hard earned money on this.
Did not find the info I was looking for. Info I did see was NOT accurate. Should be refunded.
Had to keep putting in password and email kept saying no such email but yet I was putting in the correct email. Had to redo all of it again.
Haven't yet looked at the report so I can't give an honest review on that part since I have yet to have the chance. But the speed to which the report was gathered was amazing on the other sites it took a really long time but they got the info in less than 5min. Now let's hope the info I got was correct and up to date (other sites are never up to date rendering them incorrect).
