Misleading. You pay one price for basic info that you most likely know. Then they hit you with another large fee for the info that you really want. You can get all of this info on other sites for less money. Canceling right now.

You make it difficult to navigate the website to find personal account information. I want to cancel but I either have to call customer service or email my information.
What a ripoff! Name & address - from ME - all you gave me was birthday (already knew that) and astrological sign ( already knew & don't care). There was NO additional info in any of the areas you claimed would be reported. What a ripoff. I want my money back!
