I put info I wanted and you took my info &card info, I got back info I originally put in & then they wanted more money for a upgrade. Called customer service twice, their phone was all garbled, and they were no help.

I tested the application by using my own background and found some information either missing or inaccurate.
The advertizing is entirely missleading. After acquiring a membership with supposed unlimited searches we learn an extra twenty dollars per search is required for complete information... a total scam.
Then only half of the fee is returned when the scam is protested.
Totally dishonest and misleading. The company should be ashamed.

I looked up my name, nothing out of the ordinary but the addresses were outdated.
Quick and thorough but it was not really what I was expecting.
Total rip off. Bad and no good information. They real you in like a fish, that gets off leaving you empty handed while they rob you.
