Very wrong information. Need to have my have my money refunded - as looked up spouse to see if I could trust your reports first. Spouses info. Was so far off base it was not even funny. That tells your reports are not truthful when I go look up other people!

I tried to correct wrong info on my acount about me and called the 1800# and was told I couldn't fix it and that I could only close my account so I did!
I paid $79 for six months and then they want me to pay another $20 for a "premium report" that's kind of a lot. I wish I would've known that going into this. I'm a private investigator and I really like your site but I'm not gonna pay another $19 every time I need a quote. Premium report". It's a little to much.
I know the person I did a search on has a criminal record; your report says no criminal history.

It's ok. It doesn't give me all the information that I would like.
All it provided me with was date of birth. However, it did ask me to pay more to get the information I thought I was already paying for when I bought it the first time.
Application form for $1 fee for 5 days glitched several times requiring several attempts to complete after checking for errors. Credit card company says that sometimes indicates a fraudulent site. Please attend to that system glitch.
You sucked me in by saying that you had a lot of information on Marco Ferrero and people related, but info is sketchy and dishonest, I haven't learned anything- I think you are a SCAM!
At this point I'm uncertain about how this works. Need some time and experience on process.
