Bait and switch. Pay for "unlimitrd" covering numerous databases supposedly but only gives you sane very basic info anyone could get for free on Google, FB. THEN you are prompted to pay more for a "premium " account. I should have known better. Then they obfuscate that you will be rebilled automatically monthly
It is disappointing that you don't mention price until the end. Why can't you be honest and up front with the cost?
This wasn't very sad experience with this website. You overpromise and under deliver! Your information was sparse as I believe you would give more information the more you pay which is not in your description of your services. More importantly it's an accurate I know because I reviewed myself and family members you don't even have the names right. None of my mom's information was correct it's really embarrassing for you. I want a refund!

The report was on me and I have been to prison ten times ihave been arrested 40 to 50 times or more but you said I've never been in jail or arrested what a rip off and I did not ask you to put a lean on my debit card for any thing but yet today I find out that you said I asked for a membership and no telling what you charged me or took off my card I'm going to cut it up so you won't steal any more of my money what crooks you are I thought I was bad n I'm going to make sure everyone hears about this. $#*! holes.

I also already knew all the information that was in your report. I am hoping that you will refund me back the money. Your report doesn't even have his most recent address. The ad said a free report but when I had completed the information it looked like I had to sign up for at least a month to get the report. It also said there were items on the criminal report and there was absolutely nothing, not even a parking ticket. This is correct but I wanted to clear up any mistakes if there was something.
