I just paid for a one month subscription. I looked up a person I know for a fact has a criminal history. Your website says she has no criminal history although I can go to my state website and find that information for FREE! After paying for a one month access to absolutely nothing, the website is asking for additional money to get a premium account. PeopleWhiz is a waste of money,
I'm not 101 years old, and many other info were incorrect and misleading, such as marital status, etc. Not worth the cost of it unless it's a scam.
Report has barely any info. Asking me to upgrade to premium reporting for what I assume will be an additional cost. Need to be transparent and lead the consumer on.
Even though this account has been paid and used, I have had problems logging in the last 6 months. I've had phone calls where I had to have password email resent and this is very frustrating. I will try once more BUT I hope this doesn't happen again. I was just hung up on by your representative that I was talking to.
