I payed 27.00 dollars to get the bare minimum on my spouse and I thought I was able to see his criminal record and I can't see it because you guys want to charge me a $19 fee to upgrade to see it. So basically I paid for the basic information of my spouse which I already know.

I payed 20 some dollars an you gave me nothing. I already knew the stuff you gave me. I got No social media information. All I got was name an address. If that was all you could do REFUND MY MONEY.
