Very deceiving. You don't receive all the information this program states you will get. Everything else is locked and you'd have to pay more to uncover.
You have to pay a huge fee for information that other websites give out that's included and it's per report. That's absolutely insane. When I emailed with customer service it was just confusing.not very happy

It is difficult to actually truly rate a experience or service with out seeing the end product that is promised. But the site is easy to use up to this point.

You say that you get an in-dept report, so I pay to get a report, and the report I got is nothing more that what I already knew about said person, now you want more money for the rest of the "in-dept info." What a scam! I want my money back this is ridiculous! If I could have given this a negative 5 stars I would of, what a waste of money! Do not spend your money on this!
I signed up for the one time report and then upgraded. My account was charged $27.99. I did receive the premium report. Why not
