The report I rec'd did not contain very much info. I was asked to upgrade & I did not feel I should pay more $ to find out if Paul V. Eskew was alive or dead. Also, the report listed more than one person named Paul Eskew, but their age & location did not match the info that I entered into my search. VERY DISSATISFIED! I mistakenly paid for your service because I thought I was looking up Cynthia Medich for a report. When I put my social security # in, it told me there was no record they could find. When I looked at my name, I noticed there was an M for my middle initial. My middle initial is a J but I rarely use it. Please correct this and send me my report if in fact there are new notifications or refund my money
