Basic things such as marriage, divorce, etc... are not coming up. There are free services that pull up more info than this site plus the customer service is HORRIBLE (spoke with Kris).

This site is misleading and wont return a full refund even if your not satisfied with its service. Don't waste your time, money, or energy. I called and i asked for a full refund and was asked why i took so long in calling for a refund. Mind you I paid for this service 5 days ago on 04/14/2022! I simply replied that I have other priorities that need to be handled and that my mom just died and that was obviously not good enough response either way i way only refunded half of what I paid. And I expressed that i was not satisfied with the service and that the service sucked just like the person that answered my call...

Finding ridiculous results ie no professional license for me or marriage license and unable to find several people I bought the subscription to locate. Tried to eroll me In a monthly subscription when I checked only the month option, not recurring. Apparently to get full report one must upgrade. I am afraid to find out the cost of that!
I found many criminal records under my name. This is concerning if someone else was investigating me. I have never had any criminal activity!
