This site gives you the FALSE impression you will be able to receive "a lot"of information with the 7 day trial. Then they require your payment of $27.99& tells you if you're not satisfied or want to cancel you can within the 7 days, giving another FALSE impression you get refunded if you cancel in that time frame.
After I used my payment card, your company immediately put my payment through. I only used the trial for 15 min later( approx), I did not get the info I thought I was getting. In order to get more info other than the very basic info I already knew, I would have to up-grade to a higher priced Premium plan, which I could not afford. I immediately called your company & they Cancelled my subscription. The charge is now taken out of my debit card & I have to go through a ridiculous dispute routine & May not get my money back for several days/weeks.
I should have got refunded when I cancelled my 15 minute dissatisfied trial.

Paid for report and it was basic information found on any search engine! Name, address, age, birthday, etc. Then it gives you sending offer for"Premium" uograde to include all the stuff it alludes to. Way of time and money. $27 requesting refund for basic report. Thankfully i used PayPal for purchase protection.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
