Employers not available, inconsistent info regarding information is complete on some and not all. For example birthdays month and day. Also report not up-to-date.

I signed up for 6 month rate at $14.95/mo (89.70 due today). What a major disappointment when I opened the report. It was extremely confusing to follow because it was not totally relevant to the searched individual. When I went to log into my account I wasn't even allowed to login. According to google one must provide a legal ID photo to cancel Membership. It certainly didn't need one for me to join. I want to cancel my membership immediately! This will be reported to the BBB IMMEDIATELY! I
